The Clinical Effect Of Zhijing Tongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Migraine

Objective: Through a randomized controlled study on the patients with blood stasis type migraine,the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhijing Tongluo decoction in the treatment of blood stasis type migraine were observed,so as to provide a safe and effective treatment method for clinical treatment of migraine.Methods: 60 patients with migraine of blood stasis type who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Zhijing Tongluo decoction,and the control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule.The two groups were treated with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome score,hemorheology index,platelet aggregation rate,C-reactive protein and safety index in the two groups were observed,and the therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were evaluated.The patients were followed up 3 months after the end of the course of treatment to observe the recurrence of the two groups and compare the recurrence rate.Statistical software SPSS25.0 was used to analyze the data.Results: 1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.Comparison of TCM efficacy: the total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 56.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.Comparison of clinical symptom scores: after treatment,the number of headache attacks,duration,degree of headache,the score of accompanying symptoms and the total score of clinical symptoms in both groups decreased compared with before(P<0.05),and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: after treatment,the single and total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than before(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of laboratory indicators: after treatment,the hemorheological index and platelet aggregation rate of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein in the treatment group was lower than before(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of recurrence rate after 3 months of drug withdrawal: the recurrence rate of clinical symptoms was 7.70% in the treatment group and 31.82% in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of TCM syndrome was 7.70% in the treatment group and 64.70% in the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).7.Before and after treatment,there were no abnormal results of safety indicators such as liver and kidney function in both groups.Conclusion: Zhijing Tongluo decoction has a definite effect on the treatment of blood stasis migraine.It is better than flunarizine hydrochloride in improving clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes,hemorheology indexes,platelet aggregation rate and C-reactive protein,and has no adverse reactions.Follow-up after 3 months found that it can effectively reduce the recurrence rate,has good clinical practical value,and is worthy of further study.
