Clinical Observation Of Buqi Huoxue Tongluo Prescription In The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Kidney Disease With Spleen-Kidney Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objectives To observe the clinical effect and safety of Buqi Huoxue Tongluo prescription in the treatment of early diabetic kidney disease with spleen and kidney Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,so as to provide basis for further clinical promotion.Methods Seventy patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Buqi Huoxue Tongluo prescription on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was set to 12 weeks.The changes of urinary albumin excretion rate,24-hour urinary protein quantity,glucose and lipid metabolism index,blood pressure and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed.The clinical effect of Buqi Huoxue Tongluo prescription was observed.The changes of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen before and after treatment ang the occurrence of adverse reactions were analyzed to evaluate its safety.After the treatment,the datas were collected and statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,body mass index,blood pressure and laboratory indexes between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).1 The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 85.7% and65.7%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2 The total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences within and between groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effective rates of TCM syndrome in the treatment group and the control group were 88.6% and 71.4%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3 Urinary albumin excretion rate,24-hour urinary protein quantity and the indexes of glucose metabolism(fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences within and between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).4 Lipid metabolism indexes(total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density and high density lipoprotein cholesterol)and blood pressure in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant within the group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).5 Throughout the course of treatment,no obvious adverse reactions occurred,and the liver and kidney functions of the patients were not damaged.Conclusions On the basis of western medicine,Buqi Huoxue Tongluo prescription can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with early diabetic kidney disease of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,reduce urinary protein,effectively control blood glucose,and do not damage the liver and kidney function of patients,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.It has certain safety and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.Figure 0;Table 17;Reference 104...
