Clinical Study Of Eye Acupuncture Retaining Needle Combine With Rehabilitation For The Treatment Of Upper Limb Dysfunction After Stroke

Objective: To study the clinic treatment effect and merit of eye needle recovery in the cure of upper limb disorder after stroke,and to give a gist for clinical practice.Methods:72 stroke patients who up to the standard were chosen from the Department of Encephalopathy Rehabilitation,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,and the patients were numbered in the order of admission,and the patients were allocated to the acupuncture accompanies rehabilitation group(treatment group)and the usual rehabilitation group(control group)of stochastic numbers,with 36 each.The two groups were treated according to traditional symptomatic cure,the control group was treated with rehabilitation therapy,and the recovery group added eye acupuncture therapy accompanies rehabilitation therapy,and treated for 6 continuous days a week with 1 day of rest for 4 weeks.Before and after therapy,Fugl-Meyer assessment of upper limb part(FMA-UE),Wolf upper limb motor function score(WMFT),modified Barthel index(MBI)evaluation were completed,and surface electromyography was used to test the mean square root value(RMS)of the musculus biceps brachii and musculus triceps brachii,and the obtained clinical data were processed by statistical software and the analysis was concluded.Results:1.There was no big imparity in the ordinary results before cure(p>0.05),which has comparability.2.During the course of cure,5 human subjects came off because of their own reasons,and 34 human subjects’ s in the cure group and 33 human subjects’ s in the control group completed the treatment.3.There were big differences(p<0.05)in FMA-UE,WMFT,MBI scores and passive and active RMS values of musculus biceps brachii and musculus triceps brachii before and after remedy between the two teams,which were obvious;compared with the control group,the differences in the scores and RMS values in the remedy team were higher than control team(p<0.05),which was prominent.Conclusion:1.eye acupuncture retaining needles combine with rehabilitation therapy and rehabilitation therapy are both valid in the cure of upper limb disorder after stroke.2.The clinical result of eye acupuncture retaining needles combine with rehabilitation therapy for upper limb disorder is better than routine rehabilitation therapy,figuring that the binding of eye acupuncture and routine recovery cure can better improve the recovery of upper limb function and improve daily living ability.3.During the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in the patient,which to a certain extent indicates that the eye acupuncture retaining needles combine with rehabilitation therapy has high safety.
