| Purpose:To observe the curative effect of the rehabilitation therapy of eye acupuncture retaining needle on patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke. It was hoped to speed up the rehabilitation process of patients and improve their limb motor function and quality of life,so as to reduce the burden of society and patients’ families. At the same time,it was expected to provide basis for the promotion of the rehabilitation therapy of eye acupuncture retaining needle.Material and method:60 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into the experimental group(the group retaining needle)and the control group(the group not retaining needle)with a ratio of 1:1,so each group was divided into 30 individuals. While the two groups were given the same basic treatment, the patients of the group retaining needle were treated with rehabilitation therapy of eye acupuncture retaining needle(having rehabilitation training during eye acupuncture retaining needle);the patients of the group not retaining needle were treated with eye acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation training(eye acupuncture treatment first, and rehabilitation training after pulling out the needle). The two groups were treated for three weeks(from Monday to Friday,Saturday and Sunday off).By comparing the scores of the motor function of the affected limb, the ability of daily living activities and the degree of spasm of patients before and after treatment, the therapeutic effect of the patients was judged comprehensively.Results:1.Simplified Fugl Meyer motor function score comparison: there was no statistical difference in FMA score between the two groups before treatment. The FMA score of the two groups increased after treatment, and the FMA score of the group retaining needle was significantly higher than that of the group not retaining needle(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of the group retaining needle was significantly better than that of the group not retaining needle.2.Clinical spasm index(CSI)score comparison: there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment. The CSI score of the two groups increased after treatment, and the CSI score of the group retaining needle was significantly lower than that of the group not retaining needle(P < 0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the group retaining needle was significantly better than that of the group not retaining needle.3.Barthel index score comparison: there was no statistical difference in BI score between the two groups before treatment. The BI score of the two groups increased after treatment, and the BI score of the group retaining needle was significantly higher than that of the group not retaining needle(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of the group retaining needle was significantly better than that of the group not retaining needle.4.Grading comparison of modified Ashworth scale: there was no statistical difference in MAS between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the MAS grade of the two groups decreased, and the MAS grade of the group retaining needle was significantly lower than that of the group not retaining needle(P < 0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the group retaining needle was significantly better than that of the group not retaining needle.Conclusion:1.The rehabilitation therapy of eye acupuncture retaining needle can effectively improve the motor function of the limbs with spastic hemiplegia after stroke.2.The rehabilitation therapy of eye acupuncture retaining needle can effectively relieve the spasticity of the limbs with spastic hemiplegia after stroke.3.The rehabilitation therapy of eye acupuncture retaining needle can effectively improve the ability of daily life activities of patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke.4.The rehabilitation therapy of eye acupuncture retaining needle on spastic hemiplegia after stroke is better than that of eye acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation training, which can provide relevant basis for the promotion of the rehabilitation therapy of eye acupuncture retaining needle. |
