Objective: This topic will use a prospective cohort study to explore the significance of conventional rehabilitation training therapy combined with biofeedback therapy in the rehabilitation of stroke limb motor dysfunction. Methods: A total of 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from November 2020 to January 2022 will be collected and randomly divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases).be compared the general data of the patients before treatment, including age, gender, diagnostic properties(cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction),and hemiplegic limbs(left and right). Then the patients in the control group will be treated with conventional rehabilitation training, and the patients in the observation group will be supplemented with electromyography biofeedback therapy(EMGBFT)on the basis of the control group. Before treatment, after 1 week of treatment and after 2weeks of treatment,Fugl-Meyer Assessment of motor recovery(FMA)was used to evaluate the patients in the two groups respectively. The improvement in limb motor function of each group was observed, meanwhile the curative effect of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results: In this study,80 stroke patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were compared between groups on their general conditions before treatment. The data of hemiplegia side limbs(left and right side),combined with hypertension, combined with diabetes mellitus, recovery stage of hemiplegia and other data showed that the differences were comparable(P>0.05).In addition, there was no significant difference in FMA scores between the two groups patients before treatment(P>0.05).It is suggested that the general condition and FMA score of the two groups of patients are comparable before treatment.During the intra-group comparison,we found that the FMA total score,FMA upper extremity score,FMA lower extremity score,FMA flexor activity score, and FMA extensor activity score were different between the control group and the observation group after 2 weeks of treatment and before treatment and 1 week after treatment. There was statistical significance(P<0.01).When comparing between groups, the FMA total score,FMA upper extremity score,FMA lower extremity score,FMA flexor activity score, and FMA extensor activity score were significantly different between the observation group and the control group after 1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment(P <0.01).There was also a statistically significant difference in the FMA upper and lower extremity scores in the observation group after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.EMGBFT combined with conventional rehabilitation training can effectively improve the motor function of stroke patients with limb disorders.2.The therapeutic effect of EMGBFT combined with conventional rehabilitation training is better than that of conventional rehabilitation training alone.3.The treatment effect of EMGBFT combined with conventional rehabilitation training on the upper extremity is better than that of the lower extremity.
