Study Clinical Research On Senile Allergic Rhinitis(Lung Qi Deficiency And Cold Type) Treated By Self Prepared Prescription Wenfei Tongqiao Decoction

Objective: This clinical study objectively evaluates the efficacy and safety of the treatment of self prepared prescription Wenfei Tongqiao decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency and cold type)by observing the clinical efficacy of self prepared prescription Wenfei Tongqiao decoction,and provides new ideas for the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis in the future.Methods: The trial was conducted using a randomized controlled trial method.All the cases were from 72 patients who met the criteria of allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency and cold type)diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the outpatient clinic and treatment area of the geriatric department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022.36 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and 36 cases in control group.The treatment group was given self prepared prescription Wenfei Tongqiao decoction plus pinellia ternata,twice a day in the morning and Evening,The control group was given Tongqiao Biyan Pian,2.4g once,three times a day,4 weeks is 1 course of treatment.Record the basic information of the two groups of patients,and score the main symptoms of nose,nasal signs and secondary symptoms of Chinese medicine before and after treatment,comparison with SPSS26.0 statistical software.Results: The scores of nasal symptoms,signs and TCM secondary symptoms before and after treatment of the two groups were statistically compared: Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the distribution of gender,age,course of disease and various observation indicators between the two groups,which were comparable.After treatment,both the treatment group and the control group could improve the main signs of nasal symptoms,and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group for the improvement of traditional Shinese medicine secondary symptoms such as fear of wind and cold(P<0.05).According to the comparison of the overall score before and after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.29%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.28%,there was a significant difference in the efficacy rate.The treatment group has an advantage in improving the clinical symptoms of senile allergic rhinitisConclusion: Self prepared prescription Wenfei Tongqiao decoction to improve the main symptoms of the nose in elderly patients with allergic rhinitis,including nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,traditional Chinese medicine secondary symptoms of fear of wind and cold has obvious effects,can effectively improve the swelling of the nasal mucosa,clinical application has no toxic side effects and adverse reactions,has a good safety,and is worthy of further research and promotion.
