Study On The Rules Of Evidence And Treatment Of Sweat Evidence In Typhoid Miscellaneous Diseases

Objective: This subject belongs to the study of perspiration syndrome in Shang han Za bing Lun.Perspiration syndrome is one of the common clinical syndromes,which may appear in the form of main syndrome or accompanied by other syndromes.Due to the complexity of the pathogenesis of sweating syndrome and the different clinical manifestations of "sweating on the whole body","sweating on the head" and "sweating on the hands and feet",it is difficult to understand the nature of sweating and further treatment.Based on this,this paper will discuss the sweat syndrome in Shang Han Miscellaneous Bing Lun from the perspective of Yang,and specifically analyze the four parts of "dispiritedness between Wei Qi","Yang Sheng","Yang deficiency" and "Yang stagnation".It is expected to benefit the research and development of sweat syndrome,provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of sweat syndrome,make the diagnosis and treatment thinking more clear,and improve the curative effect.Methods: By using the method of literature research,the pathogenesis of sweat syndrome in Shang Han Za Bing Lun was summarized as four aspects: the discord between Wei qi,Yang sheng,Yang deficiency,and Yang stagnation.Combined with the relevant discussions in Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic,the "sweat syndrome" in Shang han za bing Lun was comprehensively discussed,so as to summarize the essence of Zhongjing’s academic thought in treating "sweat syndrome".Results: From the perspective of Yang,the pathogenesis of sweat syndrome in Shang Han Za Bing Lun can be summarized as the following four aspects:(1)the discord between Wei qi and Wei Yang,and the instability of Wei Yang,involving the syndrome of Guizhi decoction,Guizhi plus Huangqi decoction,and Fangji Huangqi decoction;(2)Yang is abundant,Yang heat is abundant,involving decoction syndromes: White tiger decoction,White tiger plus ginseng decoction,Sanchengqi decoction,Gegen Huangqin Huangliang decoction,Ma xingganshi decoction,rhubarb nitrate decoction,rhubarb mudan decoction,Zhizi black bean decoction;The combination of water and heat,dampness and heat accumulation,involved in the syndrome of Yin Chen Hao decoction,Astragali Peony,Guizhi bitter wine decoction,Yuebi decoction,Daxichest decoction;Heat into the blood chamber;(3)Yang deficiency,Yuan Yang deficiency,surface deficiency is not solid,the involved decoction syndromes are: cassia twig and aconite decoction syndrome,aconite Xie xin decoction syndrome,licorice and aconite decoction syndrome;Yin Sheng Geyang,the involved decoction syndromes are: Sini decoction syndrome,Tongmai Sini decoction syndrome,Tongmai Sini plus pig bile decoction syndrome,Big aconite decoction syndrome;(4)Yang-depression,internal obstruction of solid pathogenic factors,and repression of chest yang-depression,involving decoction syndrome: ten-zao decoction syndrome,Guadi powder syndrome;Cardinal adverse,less Yang Yang depression,involving the decoction syndrome: small Chaihu decoction syndrome,Chaihu Guizhigan jiang decoction syndrome.Conclusion: Ying Wei qi,Yin and Yang,yin and yang peace,then sweat is not made.However,Yang is the main yin from,the abnormal sweat is more main yang,or yang deficiency can not fix yin;or yang Sheng steam forced on yin;or yang depression and yin and yin;or guard yang and ying yin harmonization.Therefore,the treatment of sweating is either to support Yang and fix Yin;or to vent Yang heat;or to promote Yang depression;or to harmonize Ying and Wei.In conclusion,the analysis of sweating from the perspective of "Yang" is clear in its rationale and simple in its treatment,which is in line with Zhongjing’s idea of attaching importance to Yang Qi and also facilitates the clinical practice of not committing the precaution of deficiency of reality.
