Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Wuzang Shu Mild Moxibustion In Treating Cardiac Neurosis(Deficiency Of Heart And Spleen)

Objective: By comparing the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Wuzang Shu mild moxibustion and Oryzanol Tablets in the treatment of patients with cardiac neurosis(deficiency of the heart and spleen),the effectiveness of acupuncture combined with Wuzang Shu mild moxibustion in the treatment of this disease is confirmed,providing a green and safe treatment scheme for such patients clinically.Methods: The collected patient cases were randomly divided into two groups for study.The treatment group received acupuncture combined with Wuzang Shu mild moxibustion operation,and the control group received Oryzanol Tablets.After treatment,SPSS21.0statistical software was used to organize and analyze the data of the two groups of TCM symptom score table,SSS and HAMA scores,and finally draw a conclusion.Results:Finally,64 patients were actually observed,32 in the treatment group and 32 in the control group.1.After treatment,there was no difference between the two groups in improving the symptoms of memory loss in terms of single symptom scores of TCM(P > 0.05).There were differences in the remaining symptoms between the two groups(P < 0.05).All symptoms were different before and after treatment(P < 0.05).2.After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes were different between the two groups(P < 0.05).Before and after treatment,there was a difference between groups(P <0.05).3.After treatment,the scores of SSS and HAMA were different between the two groups(P < 0.05).Before and after treatment,there was a difference between groups(P <0.05).4.After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes,the overall curative effect of SSS and HAMA were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The two treatment methods selected in this subject,one is acupuncture combined with Wuzang Shu mild moxibustion in the treatment group,the other is Oryzanol Tablets in the control group,both have curative effect on this disease.2.Acupuncture combined with Wuzang Shu mild moxibustion for the treatment of this disease is better than Oryzanol Tablets,especially in the TCM syndrome level and relieve patients’ anxiety reflected more prominent.3.Acupuncture and Wuzang Shu mild moxibustion is a combination of two kinds of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,which is green and safe.It can be used to treat patients with cardiac neurosis who are diagnosed with deficiency of the heart and spleen after syndrome differentiation.
