Results using SPSS18.0statistical software analysis, measurement data using t test, count data using χ2test.Results:1.before treatment for age, sex, disease duration, symptom score, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale differences (HAMD), ALT, CRE, BUN, CK-MB and other safety indicators not statistically significant (P>0.05), comparable.2.After treatment, the treatment group TCM symptom score was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), statistically significant, the treatment group, the total effective rate of89.6%in the control group, the total efficiency of68.3%.3.After treatment, the treatment group Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01), there was a significant difference between the treatment group, the total effective rate of83.0%in the control group, the total efficiency of65.3%in the treatment group was significantly than the control group.4.After the treatment, the treatment group Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), total effective rate was79.3%in the control group, the total efficiency of61.8%in the treatment group than the control group.5. Two groups of patients after treatment review ALT, CRE, BUN. Course of treatment in patients with no significant adverse reactions and side effects. Conclusions:1.Xiaoyao ningxin subtraction can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms in patients with cardiac neurosis integration, improve clinical symptoms in patients with cardiac neurosis.2.Xiaoyao Ning Decoction can effectively reduce heart patients with cardiac neurosis Hamilton anxiety scale integration, improve anxiety symptoms in patients with cardiac neurosis.3.Xiaoyao Ning Decoction can effectively reduce heart patients with cardiac neurosis Hamilton depression scale score, improve depressive symptoms in patients with cardiac neurosis.4.Xiaoyao Heart Ning Decoction on cardiac neurosis patient safety indicators had no effect, the security is good.
