Objective:The purpose of this topic is to study the clinical effect of Jinshui nourishing Yin prescription in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia(Yin deficiency lung heat type),and make a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of it,to develop a new idea and effective program for the clinical treatment of pediatric pneumonia(Yin deficiency lung heat type),but also to provide a solid basis for the role of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:From October 2021 to October 2022,60 children were diagnosed with the pediatric pneumonia(Yin deficiency and lung heat type)in the pediatric outpatient department of Affiliated Hospital to Changchun University of Chinese Medicine, and they were regarded as the experimental cases.60 children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group.During the treatment, the experimental group was treated with Jinshui Yangyin prescription, while the control group was given with Jubei mixture. One course of treatment lasted for 7 days, during which the clinical symptom scores were observed and recorded before and after the treatment, and score analysis was performed after observation.Results:1.Comparison of basic information between the two groups:in this trial,no cases were shed, and there were no statistical differences between the two groups of children before treatment in terms of gender, age, disease duration and TCM symptoms, which were comparable.2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores between the two groups:after one course of treatment, the total TCM symptom score in the control group decreased from 13.03±2.760 to 5.83± 4.194,and the total TCM symptom score in the experimental group decreased from 13.50 ± 2.556 to 2.17 ± 3.206.And before and after the treatment of the two groups, their respectively primary symptom scores, secondary symptom scores and total scores decreased notably(P<0.05),so both groups are useful in the treatment of the pediatric pneumonia of yin deficiency and lung heat type;secondly, the experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of primary and secondary symptoms(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups:after one course of treatment,13,12,3and 2 cases were healed, remarkably effective, effective, and invalid in the experimental group which had a total effective rate of 93.33% and a healable and remarkably effective rate of 83.33%;6,7,12 and 5 cases were healed, remarkably effective, effective, and invalid in the control group which had a total effective rate of 83.33% and a healable and remarkably effective rate of 43.33%.The overall effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. In terms of total clinical efficacy, the tested group was better than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the tested group was more obvious in the treatment of the pediatric pneumonia of yin deficiency and lung heat type. Conclusion:Jinshui Yangyin prescription effectively improved the clinical symptoms of pediatric pneumonia(Yin deficiency lung heat type),and no adverse reactions occurred in the patients in the experiment. This clinical research has strong practical value and innovation, and provides more valuable clinical programs for the treatment of pediatric pneumonia(Yin deficiency lung heat type),and also provides a basis for playing the role of traditional Chinese medicine, which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
