Observation On The Curative Effect Of Yuanbai Ointment In The Treatment Of Infantile Pneumonia Asthma Cough (Lung Spleen Qi Deficiency Type)

Objective:By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms of Yuanbai ointment in the treatment of children with pneumonia,asthma and spleen-qi deficiency,data analysis was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yuanbai ointment in the treatment of children with pneumonia,asthma and spleen-qi deficiency.Methods:According to the principle of randomization,62 children with infantile pneumonia,asthma and cough(lung spleen qi deficiency type)from the pediatric clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into 31 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with Xiaoer Feike granule,and the treatment group was treated with Yuanbai ointment on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The changes of TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions and recurrence during treatment were observed in each group.SPSS25.0 software was used to analyze and process the score data and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:(1)Comparison of effective rate: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,and that of the control group was 76.67%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)TCM syndrome score comparison: the experimental group was better than the control group in improving cough,expectoration,lung rales,sweating and stool traits,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of courses of major symptoms: the disappearance time of major symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of safety: There were no adverse events in all cases,and blood routine test,urine routine test and liver and kidney function test were all within the normal range,and there were no significant differences in other indicators before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Yuanbai ointment has good clinical efficacy in the adjuvant treatment of pneumonia and cough in children(lung qi deficiency).(2)Yuanbai ointment can improve the symptoms of cough,expectoration,lung rales,sweating and stool characteristics in the adjuvant treatment of pneumonia and cough in children(lung qi deficiency).(3)The addition of Yuanbai ointment can effectively shorten the treatment course of cough,expectoration and lung rales in children with pneumonia and asthma(lung qi deficiency).(4)Yuanbai ointment has good clinical safety when applied externally.
