| Objective:Using Ziyin Qingfei therapy to treat chronic cough(yin deficiency lung heat type)after mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children,the clinical experience of Fangshen Dongyangyin Qingjin decoction was selected.The changes of symptom score before and after treatment of chronic cough children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were compared.Objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy of this treatment and prescription,further promotion of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection after chronic cough,in order to reduce the frequency of antibiotics and western medicine,shorten the course of treatment,improve clinical efficacy,Broaden the treatment of chronic cough after mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods:Case selection of 90 children who met the criteria for inclusion in the trial clinic of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine(case collection time is November2019-December 2020),it was randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group 45 cases.The experimental group was given Shendong Yangyin Qingjin decoction(traditional Chinese medicine free decoction granule type),the control group was given(Lu Di,Jiangxi Chengzhi Yongfeng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.),the treatment period was 14 days.After the course of treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score were observed,and the changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were analyzed synthetically.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.10%,and that of the control group was 71.10%.After statistical analysis,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The clinical observation showed that the symptoms of cough time and cough degree in the treatment group were obviously relieved compared with those in the control group.Conclusion:Shendong Yangyin Qingjin decoction has remarkable therapeutic effect on chronic cough(yin deficiency and lung heat type)after mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. |
