Clinical Effect Observation Of Xingnao-Kaiqiao Acupuncture Combined With Speech Rehabilitation Training In The Treatmeat Of Motor Aphasia After Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of "Xingnao-Kaiqiao" acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training on motor aphasia after stroke.Methods: This research adopts the multicenter,large sample,the method of randomized controlled clinical trials,as one of sub-center,according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,we collect 75 patients with motor aphasia after stroke,were randomly divided into trial group and control group.The experimental group used "Xingnao-Kaiqiao" acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training,acupoints were Nei Guan(bilateral),Ren Zhong,Lian Quan,Pang Lian Quan 1,Pang Lian Quan 2,San Yin Jiao(affected side),Ji Quan(affected side),Chi Ze(affected side),Wei Zhong(affected side);The control group was treated with sham acupuncture(1inch beside the real point)combined with speech rehabilitation training.Both groups were given acupuncture therapy 60 min per time and speech rehabilitation training 30 min per time,one time per day,5 times per week,the treatment lasted for 6 weeks.Speech improvement was assessed by the Western Aphasia Battery(WAB)and the Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination(BDAE)before treatment and 6 weeks after treatment.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)was used to evaluate the improvement of neurological deficits,and the clinical efficacy differences between the two groups were compared.Results: After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.43%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 77.14%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The WAB scales showed significant improvement in spontaneous speech,repetition,naming and AQ scores after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.01).The experimental group was better than the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).Auditory comprehension in the WAB scale was higher after treatment than before(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).BDAE rating scales in the two groups after treatment than before treatment significantly improved(P < 0.01),and the experimental group is better than that of control group(P <0.05).NIHSS scale showed a decrease in both groups after treatment(P <0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions: As part of a phased research results,the study shows that "Xingnao-Kaiqiao" acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of postapoplexy motor aphasia in aspects of spontaneous speech,repetition,named symptoms,reduce the severity of aphasia and nerve function defect degree,which is superior to the sham acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training group.
