Background:Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is one of the most prevalent metabolic endocrine disorders in reproductive-aged women.With the further understanding of the disease and the progress of modern medical technology,the pathogenesis of the disease has become more and more new.Acupuncture has been used extensively in many gynecolo gic diseases since antiquity,but acupuncture treatment of PCOS is still a relatively new field,related research is less,then acupuncture treatment of PCOS is effective?If valid,what acupoints are commonly used? So there is an extreme need to study both of these aspects.Objective:To compare the adverse reactions and side effects of acupuncture on polycystic ovary syndrome and evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in PCOS;Second,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment based on data mining technology to explore different TCM syndrome types of PCOS find rule,provides the objective basis for the acupuncture treatment of the disease.Methods:Search Chinese hownet,ten thousand,d Pu Zhong Wen database and WOS,Pubmed,Embase,the Cochrane Library databases in English at the same time all documents related to the acupuncture treatment of PCOS.The retrieval time from January 2002-December 2022.1.The acupuncture treatment of PCOS during the literature collection of nearly 20 years,according to include and exclude.After accurate screening of literature,USES the Revman5.3 software system evaluation and Meta analysis of data;2.In order to retrieve related literature on acupuncture treatment for PCOS during nearly 20 years,the literature of the acupoints in prescription according to the following card type classified: kidney deficiency type(including kidney Yang deficiency and kidney Yin deficiency),phlegmy wet(including phlegmy wet pixu(spleen deficient))and liver depression type fire,for more than a few points on the card type using frequency statistics,and-meridian acupoints,use of a particular hole,and the correlation of acupoints for statistics and analysis,in the end use application of SPSS Clementine12.0 on by its literature points to correlation analysis and cluster analysis,summed up a set of acupoints in the prescription.Results:1.Simple acupuncture treatment compared to pure western medicine treatment of the clinical curative effect of polycystic ovary syndrome from Meta analysis results:pure acupuncture treatment compared to pure western medicine treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome comparison of the curative effect of treatment,the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05),acupuncture,and moxibustion therapy effectively treat polycystic ovary syndrome;With regard to adverse effects,since there is only 1 piece in the literature,unable to do a concrete analysis.2.In the treatment of PCOS,(1)The acupoints used frequently(top 5)are Guan Yuan(51),Sanyyin(36),uterus(31),Zusanli(23),and Xinghai(20).syndrome differentiation: the acupoints with Taixi(6),Sanyyin(6),and Jinhai(5);fulong(10),Zusanli(7)and Xinhai(5)are the acupoints with the highest frequency(top 3);the acupoints with higher frequency of Renxu(top 3)are Sanyyin(5),Renshu(5),and Zusanli(4);the acupoints with a higher frequency(top 3)are the uterus(4),the Sanyyin(3)and the Renshu(3)locus.Global acupoints(main acupoints + matching acupoints): The acupoints with a high frequency of use(top 5)are Guan Yuan(64),Sanyin jiao(54),uterus(44),Zusanli(40),and Jinhai(34).(2)Acupoint-meridian correlation analysis: Of the 73 articles included in this review,eleven meridians were involved,and the highest frequency(top 5)was ren meridian(150),followed by foot tayin spleen meridian(100),foot Yangming stomach meridian(99),foot sun bladder meridian(42),and foot shaoyin kidney meridian(32).(3)Associative analysis of specific items: the more frequent use of particular items(top 5)are fundraising point(127),five transport points(104),intersection point(104),Xiahe point(42),and original point(40).(4)Acupoint site association analysis: abdomen(253),lower limbs(209),lumbosacral part(43),back(13),head and neck(10),upper limbs(10),chest(3).(5)Analysis of correlation rules: it can be concluded that the core prescriptions of acupoints are Guanyuan,Sanyang,uterus,Zusanli and qi sea.29 association rules were obtained using the Apriori algorithm,and the highest support was the guan yuan-three yin crossing.6 The clustering analysis: The acupoints are split into three efficient clusters.The first category is made up of Zusanli,Zusanli,Fenglong,Sanyin,Yinlingquan,Taichong,Taixi,Xuehai,Zhongwn,and Tianshu among others.The second category is Guan Yuan,the uterus,Jinhai and shu,and the third category i s Zhongji and Hui.Conclusion:1.It is effective in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome using acupuncture and the safety of acupuncture is questionable;2.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for PCOS is based on acupoint selection consisting primarily of Guan Yuan,three yin,uterus,Zusanli,and sea of air;during the differentiation of the syndrome,renal deficiency,three yin,and breath sea,phlegm,abundant lung and foot,and sea of blood;kidney deficiency,blood stasis,renal yu,and foot;renal deficiency,and phlegm stasis primarily of the uterus,three yin,and renal shu;3.Pay attention to the role of Yin meridian in the acupuncture treatment of PCOS,especially ren Mai;4.Pay attention to the role of specific points in acupuncture treatment of PCOS;5.Be mindful of the combination of local and distal acupoint extraction and use holistic thinking to treat PCOS to improve the clinical efficacy.
