Clinical Efficacy Of Guan Ci In The Treatment Of Non-specific Low Back Pain

Objective:Compared with conventional acupuncture treatment,the changes of Visual Analogue Scale、Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores、Roland-Morrisdisab1 lityquestionnaire scores in patients with non-specific back pain were observed,and the efficacy and safety of the Guanci acupuncture method on NLBP patients were analyzed,which provided a clinical basis for the treatment of NLBP by the acupuncture of Guanci method.Methods:The 72 patients with NLBP who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 36 cases in the acupuncture of Guanci group and 36 cases with conventional acupuncture using random number table method,and acupuncture treatment was carried out every Monday to Friday,1 time/day,Saturday and Sunday rest,10 treatments for 1 course of treatment,a total of one course of treatment.After the end of treatment,the changes of VAS,JOA and FFD scores of the two groups were observed and compared,and the clinical efficacy and efficacy differences were analyzed and determined,and adverse reactions and adverse events were recorded during the experiment.The data obtained in this study were statistically processed and analyzed using SPSS 24.0 software.Results:1.After data analysis,There were no significant differences in gender,age and disease duration between the acupuncture of guanci group and conventional acupuncture group(P>0.05),The data is comparable.2.After analysis,There was no significant difference between the three scores(VAS,JOA,RMDQ)between the acupuncture of guanci group and the conventional acupuncture group before treatment(P>0.05).3.After the treatment,the VAS and RMDQ scores were compared,and it was found that the scores of the conventional acupuncture group and the acupuncture of Guanci group were significantly reduced4.Comparing the scores(JOA)of the treatment criteria for lumbar spine diseases,it was found that the indexes and total indexes of the Guanci group were higher than those in the conventional acupuncture group5.Finally,the scores before and after treatment were compared,VAS and RMDQ treatment scores were significantly lower than treatment,The pre-treatment score,post-treatment JOA index score and total score were significantly higher than the pre-treatment score,The difference between the three indicators(VAS,JOA,RMDQ)before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.During the entire treatment process,there were no needle sickness,bent needles or broken needles in either group,and no adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:Both acupuncture of Guanci and conventional acupuncture can improve the symptoms of non-specific low back pain to a certain extent,and both can improve the quality of life of patients.In terms of efficacy comparison,The clinical efficacy of the Guanci acupuncture group was significantly better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.Therefore,the acupuncture of Guanci group is worthy of clinical reference in the treatment of NLBP.
