| PurposeThrough the clinical study of the fascia release manipulation combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of non-specific lumbago,to explore a treatment method different from the traditional massage, with obvious efficacy and simple operation,to provide a certain diagnosis and treatment reference for clinical non-surgical rehabilitation of NLBP.MethodSixty patients who met the inclusion criteria of NLBP were recruited and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method.30 patients in the experimental group received fascia release manipulation combined with routine acupuncture treatment, and 30 patients in the control group received simple routine acupuncture treatment.Visual analog scale(VAS)and Oswestry Disability Index questionnaire(ODI)were conducted before and after treatment in both groups to observe the changes before and after treatment, and the data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the efficacy.Result1.General informationThere were no significant differences in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Analysis of therapeutic index results(1)Comparison of VAS scores before and after treatment: VAS scores of the two groups before treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05);After treatment, the scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that the two treatments were effective. The results of comparison between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of fascia release manipulation combined with conventional acupuncture in relieving pain was better than that of conventional acupuncture alone.(2)Comparison of ODI scores before and after treatment: there was no statistical significance in ODI scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);The results were statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that both treatments were effective. There were significant differences in the results of comparison between groups(P<0.05),indicating that fascia release manipulation combined with conventional acupuncture was superior to conventional acupuncture alone in improving symptoms.3.Efficacy evaluationAfter treatment, the total effective rate was 96.67%.The total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant by the rank sum test(P<0.05),indicating that fascia release manipulation combined with conventional acupuncture in NLBP treatment was significantly superior to conventional acupuncture alone in improving lumbar pain and range of motion.4.Conclusion(1)fascia release manipulation combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture alone were effective in treating non-specific lumbago;(2)The efficacy of fascia release manipulation combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of non-specific lumbago was significantly better than that of conventional acupuncture alone;(3)The efficacy of fascia release manipulation combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of non-specific lumbago is superior to that of simple conventional acupuncture in reducing pain and improving waist functional activities, with almost no adverse events, high safety, and great significance in clinical application. |
