Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of TongFuHeJi In Treating Postoperative Dyspareunia Of Damp-heat-injected Mixed Hemorrhoids

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to investigate and compare the effects of Tong Fu He Ji and lactulose oral solution on difficult defecation after mixed hemorrhoid surgery under dampness-heat conditions.The study also aims to explore the application of Tong Fu He Ji in the treatment of constipation,provide clinical reference,and propose a more effective treatment intervention for difficult defecation after mixed hemorrhoidectomy.Methods:Eighty-eight patients who were eligible for enrollment were divided into two groups according to a randomized,controlled method.The treatment group was administered Tong Fu He Ji at the time of difficult defecation after the first stool,while the control group was given lactulose oral solution for intervention at the time of difficult defecation after the first stool.After the intervention(1,3,5,and 7 days),the number of bowel movements,duration of bowel movements,stool properties,pain during stool,and bleeding during stool were scored by the point method in the two groups,respectively,and the final results of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the pre-intervention period,the number of bowel movements increased,the duration of bowel movements decreased,and the pain of bowel movements was relieved in both groups on day 1 after the intervention;on day 3 after the intervention,the stool properties improved and the severity of constipation decreased in both groups.At the same time,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the symptoms related to postoperative constipation compared with the control group;5 days after the intervention,the number of bowel movements,duration of bowel movements,stool properties,and pain were significantly better in both groups;on the 7th day after the intervention,27 cases in the treatment group were cured,9 cases were effective and 4 cases were apparent;25 cases in the control group were cured,12 cases were effective and 4 cases were apparent;the cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The Tong Fu He Ji and Lactulose both can improve the frequency and duration of defecation,stool characteristics,and other related symptoms,and has a therapeutic effect on the difficulty of defecation after mixed hemorrhoid surgery;compared with Lactulose oral solution,The Tong Fu He Ji is more advantageous in reducing the pain of defecation,bleeding after defecation and improving the nature of stool.At the same time,during the observation,no adverse reactions were observed in the The Tong Fu He Ji,which has a high safety level and is conducive to its promotion in clinical use.
