| Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of combined hemorrhoids combined with internal ligation and suture fixation of superior hemorrhoids, and to analyze the postoperative complications. The advantages and disadvantages of this procedure are summarized in order to provide sufficient clinical basis for developing a new operation, enriching clinical practice, reducing postoperative complications in patients with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:A total of 80 cases were selected from the Anceliaceae of our hospital, and the criteria for inclusion were met.The time for collection of the cases was from October 2017 to December 2018.The patients who had been admitted to our hospital for the operation of mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The operation of the treatment group was mixed hemorrhoid and internal ligation of the upper part of the haemorrhoids, and the control group was operated in the form of mixed hemorrhoid. The time and postoperative pain of the two groups of patients after operation were analyzed. Results:Compared with the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05)in the time after operation, postoperative pain, postoperative anal distension, postoperative anal bleeding, and so on,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group. Conclusion:The internal ligation and fixation of the mixed hemorrhoid and the ligation of the upper part of the haemorrhoids can be used to ensure the high cure rate, and the falling time of the ligature wire can be obviously shortened, and the postoperative,pain,post-operation anus falling,post-operative bleeding and the like are relieved.Has the advantages of simple operation, safety, reliability and good curative effect, and is worthy of clinical popularization. |
