Clinical Study On Treatment Of Collapse And Leakage Of Spleen Deficiency Type By Moxibustion With Medicine Cake For Invigorating Spleen And Invigorating Blood

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of spleen-invigorating medicine cake moxibustion on patients with spleen deficiency collapse and leakage,in order to provide patients with a safe and effective,non-invasive pain,no side effects,simple operation of the treatment,enrich the clinical treatment.Methods:72 patients with spleen deficiency collapse and leakage were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36).The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with moxibustion for invigorating spleen and absorbing blood cake.The vaginal bleeding and hemostasis,the changes of spleen deficiency syndrome score,hemoglobin content and coagulation function(PT,APTT)were observed in the two groups.This subject adopts the way of clinical observation,mainly observes the clinical curative effect of the moxibustion of invigorating the spleen and invigorating the blood medicine cake on the patients with spleen deficiency type collapse and leakage,compares the difference of the improvement degree of each observation index between the observation group and the treatment group before and after treatment,and finally evaluates and analyzes the comprehensive curative effect of the two groups,so as to provide the train of thought for the comprehensive treatment of spleen deficiency type collapse and leakage Results:There were 72 patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria of this subject,36 cases in the treatment group,4 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group,and 64 cases in the two groups.The results are as follows:1.Base line comparison: there was no significant difference in age,course of disease,menstrual blood loss score,menstrual bleeding time,spleen deficiency syndrome score,hemoglobin content and coagulation function(PT,APTT)between the two groups(P>0.05).The two groups are comparable.2.Total effective rate after treatment: The total effective rate was 96.88% in the treatment group and 84.38% in the control group,which indicated that the two treatments were effective for the collapse and leakage of spleen deficiency type,and there was significant difference between the two treatments(P<0.05).It shows that moxibustion with medicine cake for invigorating the spleen and invigorating the spleen is more effective than ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of collapse and leakage of spleen deficiency.3.Syndrome score of spleen deficiency: After three courses of treatment,the scores of spleen deficiency syndrome in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of spleen deficiency syndrome in the separated cake moxibustion group were lower than those in the ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was more effective in improving the score of spleen deficiency syndrome.4.Menstrual bleeding score:intra-group comparison: According to the menstrual bleeding volume of the two groups before and after treatment,the menstrual bleeding volume of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the curative effect of separated cake moxibustion group was better than that of ordinary acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Hemoglobin content: According to the hemoglobin content of the two groups before and after treatment,the hemoglobin content of the two groups increased after treatment,and the hemoglobin content of the separated cake moxibustion group was significantly better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group in improving the hemoglobin content of the patients(P<0.05).6.Coagulation function(PT,APTT): From the values of PT and APTT before and after treatment,the values of PT and APTT in both groups decreased after treatment,indicating that the coagulation function of both groups was improved.The decrease of PT and APTT in the moxibustion group was more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the moxibustion for invigorating spleen and invigorating blood medicine cake was superior to ordinary acupuncture group in improving coagulation function in the treatment of spleen deficiency collapse and leakage.Conclusion:Compared with the common acupuncture scheme,the scheme of invigorating the spleen and invigorating the blood cake moxibustion can improve the syndrome of spleen deficiency,reduce the amount of menstrual bleeding,increase the content of hemoglobin and improve the coagulation function of the patients.it has a good hemostatic effect and can better improve the symptoms of collapse and leakage of patients.
