Clinical Study On Treating Premature Ovarian Failure Of Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Type With Guan’s Tonifying Kidney And Peiyuan Jiugong Point

Objective:to observe follicular estrogen（FSH）,estradiol（E₂）,anti-Muller test tube hormone（AMH）,TCM syndrome score and improved kupperman score of patients with premature ovarian failure of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type before and after treatment,and compare with routine acupuncture.To explore the curative effect of Guan’s tonifying kidney and Peiyuan Jiugong acupoints on improving patients with premature ovarian failure of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type.Methods:72 subjects were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group（Guan Shi Bushen,Peiyuan Jiugong acupuncture）and the control group（routine acupuncture）.The FSH,E₂,AMH,modified kupperman score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were detected and recorded before and after treatment,and finally the data were analyzed and the curative effect was evaluated.Results:among the 72 subjects included in this study,9 cases were dropped out and eliminated during the course of the trial,with a total loss rate of 12.5%.The remaining 63 subjects（32in the trial group and 31 in the control group）completed the treatment and were included in the analysis.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the whole test.1.General data:there was no significant difference in age,course of disease and education level between the two groups（P>0.05）.2.Observation index of curative effect（1）Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FSH,E₂,AMH,modified kupperman score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups.（2）After treatment（1）in the test group,There were significant differences in FSH,E₂,AMH,modified kupperman score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment（P<0.05）.（2）In the control group,there were significant differences in FSH,AMH,modified kupperman score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment（P<0.05）.（3）comparison between the two groups after treatment:there were significant differences in FSH,AMH,modified kupperman score and TCM syndrome score（P<0.05）.（4）There were significant differences in FSH,E₂,AMH,modified kupperman score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups before and after treatment（P<0.05）,especially in the experimental group.（5）After treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome of the two groups was compared:the effective rate of the test group was 62.50%,and that of the control group was 38.71%.There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion:1.Guan’s Bushen and Peiyuan Jiugong acupuncture treatment group is effective in improving serum FSH,E₂,AMH,modified kupperman score and TCM syndrome score of POF patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency.2.The routine acupuncture treatment group is effective in improving the serum FSH value,AMH value,modified kupperman score and TCM syndrome score of POF patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency.3.Guan’s Bushen,Peiyuan Jiugong acupuncture treatment group in regulating serum FSH,E₂,AMH value,improved kupperman score and TCM syndrome score,the curative effect is better than the routine acupuncture group.
