| Objective:To clinically observe Jiugong Needle Knife Therapy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,based on the corresponding subjective scores and objective serum inflammatory indicators,to demonstrate the efficacy of Jiugong Needle Knife Therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation from both subjective and objective aspects,which is clinical Provide reference for the treatment of such diseases.Methods:This experimental study strictly follow the test of the test research standards:Eighty patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 1,2020 to January 31,2021 were selected and their basic information materials were recorded.Excel software was used to generate random numbers,and the patients were divided into two groups: the treatment group(40 cases)was treated with Jiugong acupoints,and the control group(40 cases)was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the basic treatment was treated with oral mecobalamin capsule and guided lumbar and back exercise.During the whole course of treatment,2 cases were shed in each of the two groups,and 38 cases in each of the two groups participated in clinical treatment.Jiugong acumoxibustion treatment was treated every 7 days as a half course of treatment,followed by the second half course of treatment after 7 days,for a total of 2 times.Acupuncture and acupuncture treatment was treated once a day,5 days as a half course of treatment,followed by the second half course of treatment after 48 hours every 5 times,for a total of10 times.Results:1.Pre-statistical analysis(P>0.05)was comparable before the treatment of the first two groups of patients before treatment.2.Comparison of observation indicators: In the group:two groups of various courses VAS,ODI scores,serum CRP,IL-6 content have a significant decline,and there are significant differences in each course of JOA(P<0.01)in each indicator group;2 groups:Treatment Day 7: The VAS scores exceeded the treatment group in the control group,and the JOA score was superior to the control group(P = 0.03<0.05,P=0.02<0.05)The treatment group ODI score exceeded the control group(P =0.01 <0.05)Differences are significant.Treatment treatment Day 14: VAS,JOA scores are significantly better than the control group(P<0.01),serum CRP,IL-6 treatment group(P<0.01),which has significant differences in the control group(P<0.01).The 14 th day The treatment group ODI score was superior to the control group(P=0.01<0.05),and the difference was significant.After January,followed: The various indicators treatment groups were superior to the control group(P<0.01)had a significant difference.3.Overall efficacy comparison: The overall effective rate of the control group is: 94.7%,84.2%,pain repeated: 2 cases in the treatment group,2 cases occur in the control group,the treatment group recent and medium-term efficacy significantly better The control group,the overall efficacy is better(P = 0.02 <0.05).Conclusion:1.The total efficacy of the Nine-palace needle knife is superior to acupuncture needle treatment.2.In the previous period,the treatment of acupuncture needles in the treatment of pain is better than the nine-palace needle therapy,and the treatment of pain in the treatment of the nine-lauga needle knife in the middle and late postpartum is better than acupuncture needle treatment.3.The nine-palace needle knife has a significant role in relieving pain,improving waist function activities,improving the quality of life,and reducing inflammatory response,especially the medium-term efficacy.4.After the observation cycle,follow-up symptoms have repeated follow-up symptoms,which can be considered that the Nine-palace needle knife treatment of LDH is better than acupuncture needle treatment.The overall loosening method is the excavation and expansion of traditional Chinese medicine,which provides a reference for subsequent research. |
