OBJECTIVEb To observe the clinical symptoms,biochemical indicators and B-ultrasound of Zishen Yangyin Decoction combined with acupoint application on patients with premature ovarian failure of kidney yin deficiency type,and to explore the status of Zishen Yangyin Decoction combined with acupoint application to kidney yin deficiency type ovary For the treatment effect of premature aging,find a safer and more effective method to treat premature ovarian aging.METHODS Fifty patients diagnosed with premature ovarian failure and syndrome of kidney-yin deficiency syndrome in Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of patients visiting the hospital,with 25 cases in each of the treatment group and the control group Observe.After signing the informed consent form,the treatment group used Zishen Yangyin Fang combined with acupoint application,and the control group used simple Chinese medicine.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 menstrual cycles.After the treatment,the ovarian volume,the number of sinus follicles,the serum follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estrogen,anti-Müllerian hormone and the two groups of patients recorded before and after treatment were recorded Sort out the clinical syndromepoints and other indicators,and input spss 21.0 statistical software for analysis,and finally comprehensively analyze the clinical efficacy of the combined Zishen Yangyin Recipe combined with acupoint application.RESULTS After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group reached 76%,and the total effective rate of the control group was64%.It can be seen that the effective rates of the two groups are significantly different,and the treatment group is superior to the control group.Compared with the clinical symptom scores between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group was higher than the control group(p<0.05).After treatment,the serum FSH value of the two groups decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05);the E2 value of the two groups after treatment,the treatment group increased better than the control group(p<0.01);the LH of the two groups after treatment Value comparison(p<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.After treatment,the AMH values of the two groups were not significantly higher than before,and the effects of the two groups were equivalent.After treatment,the number of sinus follicles in the two groups was not significantly different from that before treatment(p>0.05),indicating that neither combined acupoint application nor the application of traditional Chinese medicine had any significant effect in increasing sinus follicle counts.There was no significant change in ovarian volume between the two groups(P>0.05),proving that the two treatment options were equivalent in improving ovarian volume.CONCLUSION The use of Zishen Yangyin Recipe combined with acupoint application has more obvious advantages in improving clinical efficacy,improving TCM symptoms,lowering serum FSH,LH value,and increasing E2 level in patients with kidney yin deficiency type premature ovarian failure.It is worth promoting its use in the clinic.
