The Effect Of Dahuang Mudan Decoction On The Clinical Symptoms Of Pain Patients With Dampness Heat Stasis Type After TACE For Primary Liver Cancer

Objective: To observe the effect of Dahuang Mudan Decoction in the treatment of pain symptoms after TACE for primary liver cancer,and to provide more excellent treatment methods and means for patients with Dampness-heat stasis type after TACE for primary liver cancer.Methods: Selected 60 cases of postoperative pain patients with damp-heat stasis type after TACE for primary liver cancer who were treated in our hospital(Qingdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital)from November 2018 to November 2019 in our hospital’s interventional department,using the random number table method the patients were divided into a combination treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine(30 cases)and a conventional western medicine analgesic treatment group(30 cases).The age and gender distribution of the two groups were balanced.The patients in the conventional treatment group were given conventional analgesia,while the patients in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were given the addition and subtraction of Dahuang Mudan Decoction)on the basis of conventional western medicine analgesia treat.The course of treatment in both groups was 1 week.The treatment group and the routine group were compared before and after treatment with multiple indicators: NRS score,KPS score,Child-Push score,liver function,coagulation mechanism,tumor markers,and TCM syndrome scores.Results: In this study,Dahuang Mudan Decoction was used for treatment for patients with damp-heat stasis type after TACE,and the following research results were obtained:(1)Comparison of the number of pain attacks within 7 days after the operation and the NRS score after treatment: the treatment group was superior.Compared with the control group;(2)Comparison of KPS score and Child-Push score: on the 1st day after operation,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group;on the 7th day after the operation,the treatment group was better than the control group;(3)Comparison of changes in liver function and coagulation mechanism: on the first day,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group;on the seventh day,the treatment group was better than the control group;the therapeutic effect in comparison,the treatment group was better than the control group;(4)Comparison of CEA and AFP levels: there was no significant difference on the first day after operation;the observation group was significantly decreased on the seventh day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant;(5)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups on the 1st day after surgery;after treatment,the observation group had liver pain,abdominal distention,upset and ease the anger score and total score were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.The markedly effective cases,effective cases and total effective rate in the group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: According to the research results,Dahuang Mudan Decoction has a better therapeutic effect on patients with damp-heat stasis pain after TACE for primary liver cancer,improves the analgesic effect for patients,and can significantly improve the symptoms of liver pain,abdominal distention,irritability and other symptoms,reduce tumor markers,improve coagulation mechanism,liver function indicators,and enhance the physical status of patients.To improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of widespread clinical use.
