Clinical Effect Of Meng’s Maiwei Dihuang Decoction In The Treatment Of Yin Deficiency Lupus Nephritis Qiyin Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: Mengshi Maiwei Dihuang Decoction is an empirical prescription for Professor Meng Ru,a famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in the treatment of lupus nephritis(types I and II).This study aims to observe the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese medicine decoction Meng’s Maiwei Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of patients with yin deficiency lupus nephritis and qi and its impact on relevant laboratory indicators,and explore its possible mechanism of action.Simultaneously,the changes of TCM physique transformation and TCM syndrome before and after treatment were studied.Objectively,comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the clinical effect of Meng’s Maiwei Dihuang Decoction on patients who are yin deficiency lupus nephritis Qi and yin deficiency syndrome,and further explore the clinical effect of Meng’s Maiwei Dihuang Decoction,an empirical prescription,and then popularise and apply it.Methods: According to randomised controlled trial method,the patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group,and finally completed 32 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group,with a total of 62 cases.The control group took prednisone acetate tablets orally on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment;the experimental group took Meng’s wheat-flavoured dihuang decoction,compared with the control group.One course of treatment lasts three months,and this research implemented this time has a total of one course of treatment.For the total efficacy of the two groups,TCM syndrome points,TCM physique transformation scores,relevant laboratory indicators,safety indicators,etc.They were compared before and after treatment.SPSS26.0 software is used to statistically analyse the data,and the results are finally obtained and discussed.Result: 1.Basic data: This time,the research on 62 patients was finalised.Treatment group:Among the 32 patients,27 sick people were female and 5 sick people were male.The average age of the 32 sick people was(46.13±7.61),the age of the 32 patients ranged from 32 to 60,the average disease duration of the 32 patients(6.34±2.34)years,and the disease duration(2-12)years.Control group:Among the 30 patients,24 of them were female,6 named male.Between36-62 years old,the average age of patients was(47.27±6.79),between 2-11 years,the course of disease was(6.40±2.47)years.There were incomparable in terms of gender,age,course of illness,TCM syndrome score,TCM constitution conversion score,serum antinuclear,anti-Sm antibody,anti-ds DNA,C3,C4,CD4+/CD8+,GFR,SC,BUN,24h-Up quantification,and Up characterization(P>0.05).2.Total efficacy: The two groups achieved more promising therapeutic effect after treament.On the one hand,evaluating the clinical efficacy of the treatment group,the recovery was 0,the obvious effect was 13,the effective was 17,,and the invalid was 2cases,with a total effective rate of 93.75%.On the other hand,when the clinical efficacy of the control group was evaluated,the cure was 0,the obvious effect was 4cases,the effective was 20 cases,the invalid was 6 cases,and the total effective rate was 80.00%;it had statistica significance after comparison(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome points,TCM physique transformation score: After the treatment,both the treatment group and the control group were better than before treament in improving the TCM syndrome and yin deficiency physique.The therapeutic group taking Meng’s Maiwei Dihuang decoction was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Laboratory indicators: After Two Groups Of Treatment,Complement C3,C4,CD4+/CD8+,GFR,SC,BUN,24h-Up Quantitative,Up Qualisation And Pre-treatment(P<0.05 P<0.01),Which Is Better Than Before Treatment.There was no obviously statistical sense compared between the two groups before and after the therapyt of serum ANA characterisation,anti-Sm antibody and anti-ds DNA treatment(P>0.05).The treatment group’s serum ANA characterisation,anti-Sm antibody,anti-ds DNA,C3,C4,CD4+/CD8+,GFR,SC,BUN,24h-Up quantification and Up qualitative improvement were improved than that of the control group,all of which had statistics significance(P<0.05 P<0.01).5.In terms of safety evaluation: None of the 62 patients eventually included had serious complications,and according to the comparison of normal vital signs and certain laboratory safety indicators,including T,P,R,BP,ALT and AST,it was found that there was no statistical difference after the comparison of various indicators(P>0.05),which indicated that the two groups were treated.All treatment methods have consistent safety.Conclusion: Meng’s Maiwei Dihuang Decoction was effective on patients who were yin deficiency lupus nephritis and qi and yin deficiency syndrome.It is better than the control group in the way of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integration,yin deficiency physique transformation,serum ANA characterisation,anti-ds DNA,C3,C4,CD4+/CD8+,GFR,SC,BUN,24h-Up quantification and Up qualitative improvement,indicating that Meng’s wheat-wei Dihuang decoction can be effective.Correct the physique of yin deficiency,relieve the symptoms of qi and yin deficiency,controlof the condition of lupus nephritis,in order to delay the time to enter the end-stage renal disease and promote the improvement the patients’ quality of life.The efficacy and safety of this drug are relatively positive,and it is worth popularising and applying.
