Objective:Use of traditional chinese medicine(ZI YIN QING RE decoction) treatment of yin deficiency with internal type of lupus nephritis patients and observation and recordthe laboratory indexs and the change of clinical symptoms.To explore the clinical curative effect of Tradtional Chinese Medicine efficacy with lupus nephritis..Method:The study is lupus nephritis patients met the inclusion criteria yin deficiency with internal type 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (Ziyinqingredecoction soup) 30 cases and the control group (Jinshuibao capsulesoup) 30 cases. Medicinetreatment course was a month,we were observed before and after treatment Serum creatinine,24h hour urinary protein quantity (24-hupq), anti-ds-DNA antibodies, complement C3, lupus activity (SLE-DAI), CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+changes before and after treatment,and record Both groups were symptom scores, record two groups of patients with syndromes of integral,and data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software to evaluate the efficacy of the clinical observations, he results of homogeneity of variance with X (-) ± S said count data using χ2 test, measurement data t test, do not meet the normal distribution by rank sum test, evaluate ZiYin Qing Re decoction efficacy of lupus nephritis.。Results:1.The method of treating yin deficiency with internal in patients with lupus nephritis treatment group (86.67% efficiency) than the control group (60.00% efficiency)。2.In improving yin deficiency with internal in patients with lupus nephritis syndromes, the treatment group (total efficiency of 73.33%) than the control group (total efficiency of 36.67%) (P<0.05).3.Activity in lupus (SLE-DAI) terms, after treatment compared to before treatment, after treatment, the two groups could reduce lupus activity, the difference was significant, P<0.05; significant difference compared to the two groups after treatment, P<0.05, showed that the treatment group than the control group in reducing activity on lupus.4.In the 24h proteinuria (24-hupq) aspect, compared to before treatment after treatment, after treatment, the two groups could reduce proteinuria 24h, the difference was significant, P<0.05; significant difference compared to the two groups after treatment, P<0.05, showed that the treatment group than the control group in reducing proteinuria 24h on.5. In CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ regard, after treatment before treatment compared, the latter two groups treatment can reduce the CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, increased CD8+, the difference was significant, P<0.05; after treatment, the two groups compared there are significant differences, P <0.05, showed the treatment group than the control group.6.In terms of complement C3, after treatment compared to before treatment, after treatment of the two groups could increase the complement C3, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05; after treatment, compared two groups were significantly different, P<0.05, showed that treatment group than the control group in improving the complement C3.Conclusions:1.ZiYin Qing Re decoction can slow the activity of yin deficiency with internal type in patients with lupus nephritis.2.Zi Yin Qing Re decoction can improve yin deficiency with internal type in patients with lupus nephritis syndromes.3.Zi Yin Qing Re decoction can reduce the yin deficiency with internal type in patients with lupus nephritis, lupus activity,24h proteinuria, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+,complement deficiency heat can improve lupus nephritis patients with complement C3 and CD8+ index.
