Study And Preliminary Clinical Observation On The Treatment Techniques Of Yi Medical Treatment For Jiujiaofeng

The medicine of Yi ethnic group is an indispensable part of the traditional medicine of China with national characteristics.The ancestors of the Yi ethnic group lived in high mountains and deep forests for a long time.The special natural environment makes the culture of the Yi ethnic group very national characteristics.Through observation of nature,the ancestors of the Yi ethnic group,in the state of interdependence and mutual struggle with nature,summed up the distinctive characteristics of the Yi culture,including the understanding of astronomy,geography,meteorology,humanities,medical treatment.In terms of medical and health care,Yi medical science protects the health of the Yi people.However,due to its special living environment and cultural customs,the Yi people are more likely to suffer from alcoholism,which occurs frequently in the Yi people.It is also because of this that Yi medicine has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of Jiujiaofeng.Research objectives: Based on the relevant theories of Yi medical literature on the treatment of alcoholic foot syndrome by Yi medicine,the basic theoretical system of Yi medicine is sorted out,the principles,methods,prescriptions,medicines and characteristic diagnosis and treatment techniques of alcoholic foot syndrome by Yi medicine are explored,and the definition,diagnosis,dialectical treatment classification,treatment prescription selection and other treatment methods of modern Yi medicine on alcoholic foot syndrome are summarized.To clarify the clinical efficacy of Yi medical water plaster "Yi Dayuifeng ointment" in the treatment of acute stage of alcoholic foot syndrome,so as to provide theoretical basis for modern Yi medicine treatment of alcoholic foot syndrome,and provide certain reference for further clinical research.Research methods: This research mainly adopts the method of combining literature research and field research.Firstly,relevant databases are used to analyze the basic theory of Yi medicine,Yi medical books on the treatment of alcohol and foot,Yi medical water plaster and relevant academic papers at home and abroad.Besides,field research is carried out in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chuxiong Prefecture Library,Qisutang and other places to interview Yi doctors and Yi medical workers.And in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine field observation and learning.Research results: 1.By observing the natural environment,the ancestors of Yi medicine summarized the theoretical basis for the treatment of diseases by Yi medicine in a creative way,proposed the theory of "one yuan,two qi,five elements,six paths and toxic evil",and summarized and divided medicines according to the five aspects of "clear and turbiditic and two characteristics","sour,sweet,bitter,spicy,numbing and astringent","return road","lifting and lifting and astringent" and "toxicity".To guide and assist Yi medical clinical treatment.2.Yi doctors believed that the incidence of Jiujiaofeng was caused by the combined action of internal and external factors,including overeating,fat and sweet taste,endogenous dampness and heat,and external cold and wind,and evil spirits entering the body.Yi doctors believe that Jiujiaofeng can be divided into three syndrome types,namely,dampness-heat obstruction syndrome,turbid-stasis obstruction syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness-obstruction syndrome.Miao Fu Zhi Tong Tang,Xie Zhuo Hua Yu Tang and Jian Pi Yun Shi Tang are respectively selected for treatment.Meanwhile,the treatment methods of Yi medicine and Yi medicine external treatment are also listed.Based on the analysis of 22 prescriptions of Yi medicine for the treatment of Jiujiaofeng,it was concluded that the main drugs of Yi medicine for the treatment of Jiujiaofeng were bitter drugs,and the main road to return was liver and kidney.3.Plaster therapy of Yi medicine is the characteristic external treatment of Yi medicine,which mainly treats pain.It has the characteristics of simple operation,exact curative effect and direct effect.Based on the preliminary clinical observation of Yi Dazhufeng ointment in the treatment of rheumatic heat obstruction of Jiujiaofeng,the visual analog pain VAS scores of 100 enrolled patients were self-evaluated before and after treatment,input into Excel to establish a database,and use SPSS16.0 for data analysis.It was concluded that Yi Dayufeng ointment had good clinical efficacy in the treatment of rheumatoid-heat obstruction syndrome of Jiujiaofeng(P<0.05).In clinical observation,it was found that the good clinical effective rate of Yi Dayufeng ointment was 82%,indicating good clinical efficacy and high acceptance among patients.Research conclusion: Yi medicine is an indispensable part of the medicine of the motherland with distinct characteristics of Yi ethnic group.The basic theory of Yi medicine guides Yi medicine to carry out clinical treatment,and the prescription treatment and external treatment with Yi medicine characteristics constitute the distinct ethnicity of Yi medicine.The combination of Yi medicine theory and Yi medicine treatment technology can provide a research basis for future scholars to further explore Yi medicine theory.It can also provide treatment ideas of Yi medicine for the clinical treatment of Jiujiaofeng,and play a fundamental role in the in-depth exploration and development of Yi medicine.
