Objective:The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between anxiety, depression and quality of life in patients after PCI and analyze the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients after PCI.To explore the effects of acupoint massage combined with guided imagination training program on anxiety, depression and quality of life of patients after PCI.Method:The study consists of two stages: investigation and intervention.(1)Investigation and research: A total of 350 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology of a Grade-III general hospital in Yunnan Province from January 2022 to October 2022 were investigated by general data questionnaire,SAS,SDS,and CQQC.The patients who met the standard of shunting and informed consent after PCI were investigated, and SPSS26.0statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Clarify anxiety, depression and life quality of patients after PCI and the relationship between the three, and analyze the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients after PCI.(2)On the basis of investigation and research,120 patients with anxiety and depression after PCI who met the exclusion standard and gave informed consent were selected as intervention objects. After literature research, expert meetings and pre-tests,the intervention program of acupoint massage combined guidance imagination training was determined. The study subjects were randomly divided into control group, intervention group 1(acupoint massage group),intervention group 2(acupoint massage combined guidance imagination training group),control group routine care, intervention group 1 on the basis of routine care acupoint massage, intervention group 2 on the basis of routine care for acupoint massage combined guidance imagination training.Anxiety, depression and quality of life were evaluated by SAS,SDS and CQQC before and 4 weeks after intervention. The occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events and the number of days in hospital after 4 weeks of intervention were collected using the simple situation questionnaire.Statistical software SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis to explore the effects of acupoint massage combined with guided imagination training on anxiety, depression and quality of life of patients after PCI.Result:(1)In this study,a total of 342 patients completed the survey after PCI,and the SAS score was 48.75(38.75,65.00),the SDS score was 51.25(41.25,65.00),the detection rate of anxiety was 47.95%(164 cases),the detection rate of depression was 49.42%(169cases).The detection rate of anxiety and depression was 38.30%(131 cases),and the CQQC score was 49.00(27.00,62.00);(2)Anxiety score was correlated with depression score(r =0.787,P < 0.05),anxiety score was correlated with life quality score(r =-0.873,P < 0.05),depression score was correlated with life quality score(r =-0.882,P < 0.05);(3)When SAS score was used as the dependent variable for multiple linear regression analysis, the differences of personality, marital status, economic pressure and cardiac function grading were statistically significant(P < 0.05);(4)When SDS score was used as the dependent variable for multiple linear regression analysis, the differences of personality, age, exercise, economic pressure, number of complications and cardiac function grade were statistically significant(P < 0.05);(5)37 cases in the control group,36 cases in the intervention group, and 37 cases in the intervention group completed the intervention study. Before intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in the general information,SAS,SDS and CQQC scores among the three groups(P > 0.05).After intervention, there were statistically significant differences in the scores of SAS,SDS and CQQC among the three groups(F=339.890,P < 0.001;F=504.271,P < 0.001;F=400.556,P < 0.001),further pairwise comparison still had statistical significance(P < 0.05);Compared with before intervention, there were significant differences in SAS,SDS and CQQC scores among the three groups after intervention(P < 0.001);(6)After intervention, there was a statistically significant difference in the number of days in hospital between the three groups(F =12.539,P < 0.001).Further pairwise comparison showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the acupoint massage group and the control group, while there was a statistically significant difference between the acupoint massage combined guidance imagination training group and the other two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The incidence of anxiety and depression after PCI was higher than that of normal population, and the quality of life was significantly lower than that of normal people and coronary heart disease group;(2)Anxiety scores were positively correlated with depression scores after PCI,while anxiety and depression scores were negatively correlated with the total score of quality of life;(3)Personality,marital status, economic pressure and cardiac function grade were the influencing factors of anxiety after PCI;(4)Personality,age,frequency of exercise, economic pressure, number of complications and cardiac function grade were the influencing factors of depression in patients after PCI;(5)Conventional nursing, acupoint massage, acupoint massage combined guided imagination training three intervention programs can reduce the degree of anxiety and depression of patients after PCI,improve the quality of life of patients, but acupoint massage combined guided imagination training effect is the best, followed by acupoint massage, conventional nursing is poor;(6)Compared with patients receiving conventional care or acupoint massage, acupoint massage combined with guided imagination training can reduce the number of hospital days in patients with anxiety and depression after PCI.
