| ObjectiveIn this study,the national famous traditional Chinese medicine professor Zhang Liangying was used to prepare the self-designed prescription Xiaoliufang,combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,observe the comprehensive effect of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease,aiming to inherit the academic thoughts and clinical experience of famous doctors,search for more effective and safe ways to treat TCM.Methods72 patients who met the criteria for diagnosis were randomly assigned to 2 groups of 36 patients,each with 36 patients..Treatment group:internal administration of Xiaoliufang prescription prepared by Professor Zhang Liangying combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation;Control group:only internal administration of Xiaoliufang,continuous use for 3 months and follow-up.TCM syndrome score,TCM main syndrome score and secondary syndrome score,serum CA125 level and the change of maximum diameter of ectopic ovarian cyst measured by B-ultrasound of gynecology were compared between the two groups before treatment,after treatment and 2 months after drug withdrawal,and the clinical efficacy of the two methods in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type was analyzed.ResultsDuring case collection,1 case was removed from the treatment group due to pregnancy,3 cases were lost due to disconnection,and 4 cases were lost due to the control group.In the end,32 cases were collected in the two groups respectively,and the statistical results were as follows:1.Intra-group comparison before and after treatment between the two groups: the size of ovarian cyst and serum CA125 level of the two groups were decreased,and the effect of Xiaoliufang combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation group was more obvious than that of Xiaoliufang group,with significant differences(P < 0.05).2.In terms of comprehensive clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the Xiaoliufang combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation group was 84.38%,which was better than 75% of the Xiaoliufang group,with significant differences(P <0.05).3.Comparison of the effect after treatment between the two groups: both groups could improve the clinical symptoms of patients after treatment,and reduce the scores of TCM syndromes,TCM main symptoms,secondary syndromes and total scores.Compared with the two groups,the effect of the Xiaoliufang combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation group was obvious,with significant differences(P < 0.05).4.In terms of TCM syndromes:after treatment,normal lumbar and abdominal discomfort,abdominal pain during menstruation,premenstrual depression,premenstrual milk distension,abnormal menstruation volume and poor menstruation were significantly improved in both groups(P < 0.05),but skin nail dysfunction was not significantly improved(P > 0.05).5.Follow-up comparison between the treatment group and the control group: the maximum diameter of cyst,CA125 value,TCM main symptoms,secondary symptoms and the total score of both groups differed significantly from that before treatment(P < 0.05).Significant difference could be found in the two groups(P < 0.05).6.Safety:The safety indexes of the two groups were normal after treatment,and there were no adverse reactions.ConclusionXiaoliufang combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation group and oral Xiaoliufang group can reduce the size of ovarian endometriosis cyst,reduce serum CA125 concentration and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and no adverse reactions.However,the former is superior to the latter in terms of clinical efficacy and improvement of TCM syndroms,indicating that internal and external TCM combined treatment is superior to simple internal administration of TCM,The results showed that the drug had a good long term effect and high safety,and it could be used in clinic. |
