Clinical Observation Of Chronic Pelvic Pain Caused By Endometriosis Treated By Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Constitution Theory Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Through the observation of patients attending clinical consultations,it was found that there were more patients with chronic pelvic pain due to blood stasis EMs,and the cold coagulation and blood stasis type was more common.This study was conducted to evaluate the exact efficacy of oral Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain due to blood stasis EMs based on the constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and to explore the effectiveness of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction with addition and subtraction in treating this disease,with the aim of providing new ideas and effective prescriptions for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic pelvic pain associated with blood stasis EMs.Methods: In this study,35 patients with chronic pelvic pain(cold coagulation and blood stasis type)of blood stasis EMs were selected as the study subjects,and all of them were given Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction with addition and subtraction orally for 1 menstrual cycle as a course of treatment,and after 3 consecutive courses of treatment,the patients’ own pre and post chronic pelvic pain VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores,survival quality evaluation,serum CA125 levels and blood stasis constitution scores were observed.Statistical analysis and evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results: 1.35 patients with EMs chronic pelvic pain with shedding cases were included in this study,and 34 cases were finally completed.2.The total clinical effective rate was 94.12%,of which 9 cases were cured(26.47%),14 cases were apparently effective(41.18%),9 cases were effective(26.47%),and 2 cases were ineffective(5.88%).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 91.18%,and the total effective rate of blood stasis constitution was 82.35%.3.The patients’ chronic pelvic pain VAS score,TCM syndrome score,survival quality score,serum CA125 level and blood stasis constitution score were reduced after 3 menstrual cycles of oral decoction,and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.01 or P<0.05).The results showed that this treatment method can significantly improve the pelvic pain and clinical symptoms,relieve the blood stasis state,improve the quality of survival,and reduce the serum CA125 level,suggesting that this treatment protocol is effective in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic pain(cold coagulation and blood stasis type)with blood stasis EMs.Conclusions: 1.Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction with addition and subtraction can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of CPP caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis type of blood stasis EMs,as shown by the reduction of VAS score,reduction of TCM syndrome score,improvement of survival quality,and reduction of serum CA125 level.2.The application of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction with addition and subtraction for the treatment of CPP caused by EMs of blood stasis constitution(cold coagulation and blood stasis type)can significantly improve the patients’ blood stasis constitution and reduce the original score of blood stasis constitution and the corresponding transformation score.3."Invigorating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis,warming menstruation and relieving pain",so that the cold evil can be dispersed and the blood stasis can be dissolved,and the pain will be relieved if the blood is passed,is the fundamental method to treat CPP caused by EMs of blood stasis constitution.
