Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst With The Huoxue Huayu Recipe And Diphereline

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu Recipe combined with Diphereline in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst,and to evaluate its effectiveness and safety,give full play to the advantages of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and provide more treatment ideas for the disease.Methods: from January 2018 to November 2019,60 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the gynecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and each group there were 30 cases in.The treatment group was treated with Huoxue Huayu recipe oral injection combined with Diphereline intramuscular injection,and the control group was treated with Diphereline intramuscular injection only.Before and 12 weeks after the treatment,chronic pelvic pain VAS score,TCM syndrome score,serum CA-125,size of the cyst and adverse reactions were evaluated.Spss21.0 software was used to analyze all the data.Result:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,disease course,VAS score,serum ca-125,cyst size and TCM syndrome score(P >0.05),suggesting comparability.,which suggesting comparability(P >0.05).2.After the treatmentVAS score: both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group(P< 0.05),showing a statistical difference.Serum ca-125 was lower in both groups after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group(P< 0.05),showing a statistical difference.The volume of lesions in both groups was lower after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).TCM syndrome score: after treatment,it was lower in both groups than before treatment(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group,with a statistical difference(P < 0.05).3.Treatment effect of chronic pelvic pain: the total effective rate was93.3% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.TCM syndrome treatment effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.4%,and that of the control group was 83.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.Occurrence of adverse reactions: the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.3% in the treatment group and 20% in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:By observing the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Huayu prescription combined with dufferin in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.The occurrence and development of ovarian endometriosis cyst is closely related to "blood stasis",and "stasis blocking cell palace,flushing" is the basic pathogenesis.2.Activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescription combined with Diphereline can effectively relieve patients’ chronic pelvic pain and related TCM symptoms;3.Activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescription combined with Diphereline can effectively reduce serum ca-125 level and reduce adverse reactions;4.The prescription of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis did not significantly improve the reduction of lesions in a short time.5.The prescription of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis can reduce the adverse reaction of Diphereline.
