Observation On The Hemostatic Effect Of Zhibeng Recipe In The Treatment Of Anovulatory Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhibeng recipe,an experienced prescription of Professor Zhang Liangying of national famous old Chinese medicine,in the treatment of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding(spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome),so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods: The cases were from the Department of Gynecology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,From November 1,2021 to November 30,2022.And diagnosed as anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome).They were randomly divided into two groups.The group took Zhibeng recipe as the treatment group(33 cases),The other group took Gongxueting Granule as the control group(32 cases).for seven days.Observe hemostasis time,and the changes of TCM symptoms and syndrome scores before and after treatment,and the changes of hemoglobin content were observed.and make statistical analysis with SPSS 26.0.Results1.Comparison of hemostasis effect in the first cycle of medication between the two groups.The total effective rate was 93.94% in the Zhibeng Recipe group and 81.25%in the Gongxueting Granule group,and the hemostatic efficacy of the Zhibeng Recipe group was superior to that of the Gongxueting Granule group(P< 0.05);2.Comparison of improvement of TCM symptoms and syndrome scores between the two groups.The total effective rate was 87.88% in the Zhibeng Recipe group and75.00% in the Gongxueting Granule group,and the overall curative effect of the Zhibeng Recipe group was significantly better than that of the Gongxueting Granule group(P <0.01).Among them,except the symptoms of swollen face,dull complexion and physical fatigue,the two groups have the same curative effect.The improvement of other TCM symptoms in Zhibeng Recipe group was better than that in Gongxueting Granule group(P < 0.05);3.Both groups could increase the hemoglobin content,and the difference was significant as compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Besides,the increase in HGB value in the Zhibeng Recipe group was superior to that in the Gongxueting Granule group(P < 0.05);4.There was no significant effect on endometrium in both groups(P > 0.05);5.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,suggesting that the clinical use of the two groups of drugs is safe and reliable.Conclusion: Professor Zhang Liangying’s experience prescription-Zhibeng prescription is effective and safe in the clinical treatment of anovulation abnormal uterine bleeding(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome),which can be widely used in clinic.
