Clinical Effect Observation Of Modifed Gouju Decotion Combined With Acupoint Catgut Embedding In The Treatment Of Qi Stagantion And Blood Stasis Of Chronic Prostatitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect observation of modifed gouju decotion combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of qi Stagantion and blood stasis of chronic prostatitis(ⅢB type),and to provide clinical basis for TCM treatment of this disease.Methods In this study,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given oralmodifed gouju decotion daily,and the experimental group was given oral modifed gouju decotion daily combined with acupoin tcatgut embedding(including embedding for once every 2 weeks).Both groups completed 2 courses of treatment(4 weeks/course of treatment,a total of 8 weeks).NIH-CPSI points and TCM syndrome points were collected before,4 weeks and 8 weeks in both groups,and data analysis was performed using SPSS27.0 software.Result1.General information: 66 patients were finally included,including 32 patients in the experimental group and 34 patients in the control group,with a total of 6 cases shedding,including 4 cases in the experimental group and 2 cases in the control group,all of which were shedding due to epidemic prevention and control.2.Western Medicine efficacy evaluation: the effective rate of the experimental group and the control group were 87.50% and 74.00%,respectively.The test showed that the total effective rate of NIH-CPSI was significantly different between the two groups(P=0.009 < 0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group.3.Evaluation of TCM efficacy: the effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 93.75% and 76.40%,respectively.Through the test,the total effective rates of TCM syndrome integrals of the two groups were significantly different(P=0.001 <0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group.4.Both groups had no serious adverse reactions or complications after treatment,which were safe.conclusion The treatment of chronic prostatitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis type(type B)can improve NIH-CPSI score and TCM syndrome score,and the former has better curative effect,both of which have safety,which can provide evidence support for clinical application.
