| Objective:The goal of this Research is to survey the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Bufei Decoction in healing patients with lung and spleen deficiency syndrome in stable stage of bronchiectasis and its influence on relevant indexes,research machine-processed,find new ideas and methods for the treatment of bronchiectasis.Methods: There were 96 patients in the stable stage of bronchiectasis who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient and inpatient department of the Department of Pulmonary Diseases of Guanghua Hospital of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the outpatient department of the Department of Comprehensive Internal Medicine of Dianchi Hospital.They were carved-up into control group and treatment group in the light of stochastic number table,with 48 cases each.The contrast group was acetylcysteine tablets 0.2g orally twice one day.Therapy group was given Jianpi Bufei Decoction additionally.Treatment for one month,and follow-up for three months.After the test,The monoidal score of TCM syndrome,total points of TCM syndrome,overall response rate,CRP,lung function,score of Lester Cough Scale,and rate of recurrence during therapy and follow-up period were statistically analyzed.Results:During the study,13 patients did not get through the study,and 83 patients accomplish the study,containing 42 patients in the therapy group and 41 patients in the control group.1.There was no remarkable difference between the two groups,including gender,age,course of disease,smoking history,which was comparable.2.Before the study,the monoidal score of TCM syndrome,total points of TCM syndrome,CRP,pulmonary function(FEV1%,FVC%,FEV1/FVC(%)),and the score of Lesseter Cough Scale were compared.No prominent divergence between the two,possess comparability.3.Comparison of monoidal score changes of TCM syndromes: In the within-subjects comparison,remedy group better overall the symptoms;The control group can recovery the symptoms of cough,phlegm,hardnessness of breath,choking sensation in chest,mental exhaustion,body weakness,no appetite but hunger,while the spontaneous sweating and stool pool are not significantly improved.Inter-group comparison,Statistically,the therapy group can ameliorate all symptoms preferably.4.Contrast of the aggregate score of TCM syndromes: the therapy group recovery the whole situation preferably.5.Contast of overall efficiency: therapy group was 90.24%,control group was 68.29%.The therapy group surpass the another group more.6.Comparison of inflammation index CRP: Both groups can reduce inflammation index,and the test group has more advantages in reducing CRP compared with another group.7.Comparison of Pulmonaryfunction indicators: intra-group comparison showed that both groups could improve FEV1% and FVC%,while FEV1/FVC(%)was not significantly improved.There contast between both groups is meaningless after therapy.8.Contrast of Lesseter Cough Scale grade: The score of Lesseter Cough Scale in both groups increased,and the therapy group rised more prominent,indicating that Jianpi Bufei Decoction combined with acetylcysteine tablets had a more positive impact on the symptoms,psychology and social communication and enhance the level of life.9.Antithesis of the frequency of acute attack: during the treatment period,the treatment group was 2.38%,and the control group was 7.32%.The discrepancy was not statistically conspicuous.During the 3-month period under observation,the therapy group was 9.25%,and the another was 12.20%.The result was’ t statistically sense.10.Analysis of security respects: during the experiment,untoward reactions not turn up,and the safety evaluation was good.Conclusion: Based on the long-period expectorant therapy,the therapy group ameliorateg the symptoms of cough,expectoration,shortness of breath,mental exhaustion,body fatigue,no appetite but hunger,sweating,loose stool preferably,reduce inflammatory indicators,enhance the level of life,improve lung function,It should be applied clinically. |
