Clinical Study Of Bufei Jianpi Decoction On Functional Constipation(Deficiency Of Lung And Spleen Qi)

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Bufei Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation(Deficiency of Lung and Spleen Qi),it provides an effective clinical reference for the treatment of functional constipation.Methods : Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Bufei Jianpi Decoction,and the control group was treated with Qirong Runchang oral liquid.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The defecation was observed before and after treatment,and the symptom scores were recorded for curative effect evaluation.Results : All 60 patients completed the clinical study.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 63.3%(P < 0.05).There was statistical significance.The experimental group was better than the control group.The total symptom score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).The experimental group and the control group had the same effect in improving the characteristics of patients’ stool(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in improving patients’ defecation difficulties,defecation frequency,defecation time,defecation obstruction,incomplete defecation,abdominal distension and pain,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,mental fatigue and lazy speech,and post defecation weakness,The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Bufei Jianpi Decoction has significant overall effect in the treatment of functional constipation of Deficiency of Lung and Spleen Qi.It is significantly better than the control group in improving accompanying symptoms.It is safe to use and has prominent clinical effect.It has significant advantages in the treatment of this disease.
