Purpose:Given that contemporary scholars’ research on Chen Xiuyuan’s theory of Six Meridians’ gasification is unilateral and has not formed a systematic discussion, this topic studies the syndrome and treatment of Six Meridians’ diseases from the perspective of Chen Xiuyuan’s theory of gasification.By discussing Chen Xiuyuan’s theory of qi transformation,we aim to gain a deeper understanding of the essence of the Six Meridian Qi Transformation Theory in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases and its guiding role in the treatment of Six Meridian Diseases. At the same time,it can also provide a certain theoretical reference for the modern clinical application of six meridian differentiation and treatment of diseases.Method:Through extensive literature search and ancient book compilation,it has been found that one should thoroughly read the "Shallow Annotations on Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and the "Serial Explanations of Medical Secrets on Febrile Diseases",sort out the content of Chen Xiuyuan’s Six Meridians Qi Transformation Theory, and organize the relevant context.Based on Chen Xiuyuan’s theory system of Six Meridians Qi,this paper discusses the relationship between the theories of Qi in specimens, the connection of visceral and meridian Qi,and the opening and closing pivot,as well as the treatment of Six Meridians diseases. It systematically organizes Chen Xiuyuan’s academic thought of Six Meridians Qi,enriches and enriches the Six Meridians Syndrome Differentiation System, and expands its application scope.Result:1.Clarified the content of Chen Xiuyuan’s Six Meridians Gasification Theory.Qi refers to the vital energy of the internal organs, while transformation refers to the pathological changes that occur when applied to the human body through wind, cold, dampness, dryness, and fire. The specific connotation of the Six Meridians Qi Transformation refers to the balance between yin and yang in the human body, which is based on the vital energy of the organs and guided by the energy of the meridians. It operates fine substances such as qi,blood, and body fluids throughout the body.2.By applying the theory of Qi in specimens to explain the Six Meridians and Six Meridian Diseases, and at the same time, confirming the theory of opening and closing the axis of emptiness to the Six Meridians and Six Meridian Diseases. This time,we will elaborate on the pathological manifestations of the constraints and shortcomings of the Six Meridian Diseases, and conduct different methods of differentiation and treatment. Therefore,in clinical practice, differentiation and treatment can be based on the laws of disease transmission and transformation, that is,the conghua law of the Qi of the six meridians.3.Based on Chen Xiuyuan’s theory of qi transformation, the first theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment is proposed, which continuously divides and discusses in detail the differentiation and treatment of the six meridians of typhoid fever, namely the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment of diseases of the Sun,Yangming,Shaoyang,Taiyin,Shaoyin, and Jueyin.Clarified the difference between aversion to cold and back slight aversion to cold in Taiyang Meridian Disease and Qi Disease. In addition, there are more people who understand that Taiyin transforms from yin to yang, and fewer who transform from yang; The reason for Jueyin disease is that there are more cases of heat conversion and fewer cases of cold conversion.4.Elaborate on the syndrome and treatment of six meridian diseases through the theory of six meridian qi transformation. This article focuses on the four qi and five flavors of drugs, including Guizhi Tang,Mahuang Tang,Shaoyao Gancao Tang,Xiaochaihu Tang,Yinchenhao Tang,Zhenwu Tang, and Sini San.It particularly elaborates on the syndrome and treatment of Wumei Wan,understands the compatibility rules of typhoid fever formulas, and highlights the idea of prevention before illness in the Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic. It also demonstrates that the Treatise on Cold Damage is closely related to the Golden Chamber Essentials. Therefore, combining this theory with clinical practice is beneficial for opening up new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion:1.By explaining the physiological functions and pathological transformation trends of the six meridians through the Qi in the specimen,we can grasp the laws of disease conformity and guide the clinical application of prescriptions.2.Clarify the dialectical relationship between the six qi and the visceral meridians, and continuously divide and differentiate the six meridians for accurate dialectical positioning and better utilization of meridians.3.When using prescriptions in clinical practice,it is possible to add or subtract medication based on the four qi and five flavors of the drug;In addition,it has a certain enlightening effect on the compatibility rules of formulas and medicinesInnovation points:The innovation of this paper is reflected in the comprehensive elucidation of the specific connotation of Chen Xiuyuan’s theory of six meridian qi chemistry,in order to elaborate on the syndrome and treatment of six meridian diseases.According to the theory of Qi Conghua in the specimen, the debate on the contradiction between the cold and hot characteristics of the small intestine and bladder in the Six Meridians Gasification Theory is explained;Explain the transmission and transformation laws of the Six Meridian Diseases from the changes in the Qi mechanism of the opening and closing pivot. Therefore,it is expected to apply Chen Xiuyuan’s Six Meridian Qi Chemistry Theory to clinical practice,in order to further improve the effectiveness of treating diseases.
