Research On Operation Risk Identification And Control Of HD Internet Medical Platform

Since online medical treatment was listed in the national report for the first time in the2015 government Work report,online medical treatment has shown the characteristics of rapid development.The services of Internet medical platforms are obviously homogenized,and the number of online medical platforms is increasing rapidly.In order to obtain better doctor resources,all major platforms are engaged in fierce competition.In this context,HD platform takes the opportunity of the rapid development of Internet medical treatment,continues to attract the backbone of the famous third-class hospitals in China,provides high-quality online diagnosis and treatment for patients,and wins high evaluation from users.However,at the same time,there are operational problems in supervision,profit,information docking and other aspects that need to be solved.Therefore,this paper takes HD platform as an example to study the operational risk identification and control of the Internet medical platform,which has certain reference significance for the further healthy development of the Internet medical industry.In this paper,risk identification and risk control are designed according to the factors such as resource access,user use process,user use experience and price rationality of the HD platform Internet medical platform.Risk identification is carried out on the basis of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control.Risk identification is mainly carried out from the internal and external risks of the HD platform.Combined with the research of relevant scholars,it analyzes the risks of the operation structure,operation process,operation supervision,operation information and operation technology of the HD platform.Through the analysis,the main research conclusions are as follows: First,the matter-element extension model is introduced in this paper to identify and evaluate the operating risks of HD Internet medical platform,and the analysis shows that the risk of management structure,operation supervision,operation information and operation technology is medium.The risk of operation process is small;Second,this paper identifies the operating risks of HD Internet medical platform,including: relatively single profit structure of the platform,no online medical value chain has been formed,uneven quality of the platform’s on-board doctors,incomplete closed-loop management mechanism of the process,poor barrier-free service of the platform,etc.Based on the analysis conclusion,propose risk control suggestions for HD platform operation,including expanding diversified businesses based on traffic,integrating online medical value chain,improving the quality of doctors stationed on the platform,strengthening closed-loop management of operational processes,optimizing menu function layout,and improving accessibility function development.
