Research On Risk Management Of Internet Medical Education Project

The Internet medical education project is in the stage of rapid development in the field of "Internet plus continuing medical education".At this stage,the complex and volatile internal and external environment in which the project is located has brought more uncertainty,resulting in enormous challenges for Internet medical education projects.During the entire cycle of a project,implementing effective risk management is the key to achieving goals.Aiming at the problems existing in Internet medical education projects,it is currently an important issue to address how to enhance and improve the project risk management level to ensure that the project can be smoothly implemented as planned and achieve the expected goals.This paper takes the Internet medical education project of H Company as an example to study project risk management.On the basis of introducing the research background and significance,research contents and methods,this paper first introduces the Internet medical education project of H Company,describes the current situation of project risk management,designs a questionnaire on project risk management based on risk management related theories,and analyzes and identifies the main problems in project risk management through questionnaire survey and interview methods:insufficient awareness of risk management,lack of risk management professionals The management organization is not sound,the process is not standardized,and the system is not in place.Secondly,based on the actual situation of the project,the main reasons for the existing problems are analyzed:lack of risk prevention awareness,neglect of talent cultivation,and inadequate internal control systems.Finally,on the basis of clarifying the causes of risk management problems,combined with the characteristics of H Company’s Internet medical education project,improvement measures are proposed from the aspects of improving project risk management awareness,standardizing risk management organizational processes,etc.Based on the case study of H Company’s Internet medical education project risk management,this article finds that effective project risk management is a key process in determining whether project objectives can be successfully achieved throughout the entire life cycle of project implementation.In the process of project risk management,a sound risk management organization,reasonable management processes,standardized management methods,and perfect systems are all crucial,which can promote the smooth implementation of risk management work,thereby improving the overall project management level.
