The Clinical Study Of Taking Xingqizhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Dysmenorrhea Of The Qi-Stagnation And Blood-Stasis Syndrome

Purpose:Dysmenorrheal has disturbed women's work and study and affected their physical and mental health.It is evitable to find an effective method of prevention and treatment of dysmenorrhea in order to alleviate the sufferings of the patient and improve the quality of life.The objective in this paper is to investigate the therapeutic effect of primary dysmenorrheal with stagnation of qi and blood treated by Xingqizhuyu Decoction.Method:60 patients were given in the study of original dysmenorrheal with stagnation of qi and blood. Acorrding to the random number table is divided into 30cases of the test group (taking Xingqizhuyu Decoction)and control group of 30 patients(taking Fenbid).After 3 treatment courses there was an evaluation of curative effect by contrasting of both groups and observing clinical symptom before and after therapy.Science basis is provided for studing a Chinese medicine to cure original dysmenorrheal.Result:After three-month treatment,there was significant curative effect in relieving dysmenorrheal and the accompanying symptoms were improved better in 30 case of primary dysmenorrheal.The case of cure was10,and the case of marked improvement was 7,and effective one was 8.There was5cases no effect.The total effective rate was83.3%.Conclusion:Xingqizhuyu Decoction has the function of regulating qi and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,which significantly relieves pain in treating dysmenorrheal.Chinese medicine on this disease has unique advantage and it deserves to be spread further more in clinics.
