Medical record is the cornerstone of hospital information system.With the development of information technology,the hospital is also moving forward with the goal of informatization.With the deepening of hospital informatization construction,electronic medical record system will become the development trend of hospital informatization management.However,the electronic medical record at the current stage is still the electronization of the traditional medical record in essence.A large number of repetitive tasks still occupy the time and labor cost of medical personnel.The electronic medical record still has problems such as cumbersome use process,lower efficiency and lack of user identity.At present,the research on electronic medical record system is mostly from the perspective of technical implementation principle,and the research on electronic medical record user experience and interactive design is relatively few.This thisis comes from the project of interface design of electronic medical record system in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University,which the author participated in at the graduate stage.Through preliminary research and in-depth research on user needs,the structured electronic medical record system is designed around the user experience in the user’s workflow.Finally,the structured electronic medical record system for medical staff and the face-to-face assistant for patients participating in the face-to-face consultation process are taken as the output to improve the face-to-face consultation efficiency of medical staff through the structured electronic medical record,Thus,the medical staff are freed from a large number of repetitive tasks,the efficiency of face-to-face diagnosis of medical staff is improved,and the informa tion management level of the hospital is improved.Artificial intelligence and other technologies are used to assist doctors in medical decision-making,improve medical quality and reduce medical risks.This thesis expounds the whole process of the design from four aspects: subject background,design research,design practice and design evaluation.The author first introduces the electronic medical record as an essential part of the hospital information system,its development and research status of electro nic medical record system,and analyzes the research significance of the project.Then it makes a multi-dimensional comparative analysis of the relevant competitive products,explores the core functions of different products,and combs the design guidance of the information architecture,interaction process and interface layout of the three competitive products for the project;Conduct user research by means of on-site investigation and user interview,understand the user’s workflow,and summarize and sort out the detailed design opportunity points after clarifying the user’s deep needs.According to the results of competitive product analysis and user research,clarify the product positioning of the system,analyze and refine the system functions,evaluate the system through low fidelity prototype design,explore the design style,build the overall visual style of the system,and then complete the high-fidelity interface design.Finally,Finally,after the usability test of the system,the design of the whol e electronic medical record system is completed.The significance of this thesis is: optimize the existing process the consultation,through structured electronic medical records to reduce the medical staff of repetitive work,at the same time structured electronic medical record data can be used by other clinical systems,so as to realize data sharing,also significantly improve the quality of hospital medical records,makes the medical record is more research and use value.The introduction of artificial intelligence-assisted decision platform helps medical staff to complete diagnosis more accurately and reduce medical risks.The model of self-assessment and pre-diagnosis is introduced,so that patients can cooperate with medical staff to complete the diagnosis of disease more efficiently.Finally,the overall idea of the research on the interface design strategy of the electronic medical record system also provides experience reference for similar software.
