Interaction Interface Design Of Medical And Health APP For The Middle-aged And Elderly Based On User Experience

With the rapid development of smart phones and people’s increasing attention to their own medical and health,medical and health APP as a new medical model arises at the historic moment.It has the advantages of fast transmission,large user base and low cost,which to a large extent meets people’s needs for medical and health care.However,in the context of aging,the interface design of the current popular medical and health APP is still in the stage of mainly young people,which leads to the low popularity of medical and health APP among middle-aged and elderly people.In the face of the rapidly growing number of large user base,how to design a medical and health APP that can meet the needs of the elderly group has become a hot issue urgently needed to be solved in the current society.Firstly,this paper studies and analyzes relevant theories from two parts.First,by elaborating the definition of user experience and combing user experience theory and evaluation model,it establishes three levels of sensory experience,interactive experience and emotional experience as well as nine design indicators to improve user experience.Second,the definition of interactive interface design is summarized,and the design principles are sorted out to provide theoretical support for the interactive interface design of medical and health APP for the middle-aged and elderly.Then,preparing the case research and market research,by defining the definition and category of medical health APP,choose two types of typical health class APP research,from the sensory experience level,interaction experience and emotional experience level interface to content analysis,to put forward a more purposeful and practical preparation for design strategy.Next,the target population is positioned,the characteristics of middle-aged and elderly groups are studied,the needs of middle-aged and elderly people are understood in combination with questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,and the portrait of target users is constructed.The sensory experience,interactive experience and emotional experience needs of middle-aged and elderly people for medical and health APP are summarized and analyzed.On the basis of the previous research,the interactive interface design strategy of medical and health APP for the middle-aged and elderly based on user experience is proposed.Finally,the case design practice is carried out and the practical results are tested to further test the rationality and feasibility of the interactive interface design strategy of medical and health APP for the middle-aged and elderly based on user experience.
