| Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Shengyu Decoction in treating anemia after tumor type hip replacement,the aim is to provide a new clinical basis for the treatment of deficiency of qi and blood after tumor type hip replacement and improve the patients’ quality of life.Methods:62 inpatients who were in the Bone and Soft Tissue Tumor Department of Fuzhou Second Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 and needed to undergo tumor type hip replacement surgery were selected.The patients who met the research criteria were randomly divided into control group and test group,with 31 patients in each group.Control group: after the operation,one iron sucrose injection(5ml: 100mg)was dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride injection and injected with 100 ml intravenous tiw for one week.Test group:on the basis of the control group,the test group was given Shengyu Decoction granules,one dose per day,taking it in the morning and evening,until the 6th day after operation.Record the values of red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB)and hematocrit(HCT)in blood routine before and on the 1st,4th and 7th days after operation;record the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score and efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment;and record the hip Harris scores before and on the 15 th and 30 th days after the operation.All data were analyzed using the SPSS22.0statistical software.Results:In the control group and the test group,28 and 27 effective cases were finally obtained.No significant differences in general data such as age,sex,surgical site,and tumor type between the two groups(P>0.05)and were comparable.1.Laboratory indicators: comparison between groups: there was no significant difference between RBC、HGB and HCT before and on the 1st,4th days after operation(P>0.05),and the levels of RBC、HGB and HCT pressure in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group on postoperative day 7;There were statistically significant differences in the levels of RBC、HGB and HCT between the two groups before and on the 1st,4th and 7th day after operation(P<0.05).2.Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score and efficacy: comparison between groups: before postoperative treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the difference of syndrome score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);intra-group comparison:there was statistically significant difference in syndrome score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group reached 82.14%,and the total effective rate of the test group of 96.29% was higher than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Hip Harris score: comparison between groups: there was no significant difference between the control group and the test group before and on the 15 th day after operation(P>0.05),and the Harris score of the test group was higher than that of the control group on the 30 th day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);intra-group comparison: the Harris score of the two groups on the 15 th and 30 th day after operation was significantly higher than that before operation(P<0.05).4.Safety observation: there was no obvious damage to liver and kidney function in both groups,and no serious adverse reactions or events occurred.Conclusion:Shengyu Decoction has a certain effect on anemia after tumor type hip replacement.It can increase the value of RBC,HGB,and HCT after surgery,reduce the TCM syndrome score of anemia patients with deficiency of qi and blood,improve the hip Harris score,improve the symptoms of postoperative anemia,help patients recover from early postoperative functions and improve their quality of life. |
