Clinical Effect Observation On Shengyu Suppository In Preventing And Treating Postoperative Complications Of Mixed Hemorrhiods

Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengyu suppository in preventing and treating complications(pain,bleeding,edema,anal pendant expansion)after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids with Milligan-Morgan HemorrhoidectomyMethods:60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into observation group(Shengyu suppository group)and control group(Puji suppository group).All patients were treated with Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy by fixed doctors.On the first day after operation,the anal dressing was removed and the wound was disinfected.The dressing was changed from the second day after operation.The observation group was treated with Shengyu suppository and the control group was treated with Puji hemorrhoid suppository once a day for 7 days.The pain,bleeding,edema and anal pendant expansion of the wounds were observed on the first day,the third day,the fifth day and the eighth day after operation,and the curative effect and total curative effect of each symptom were analyzedResults:There was no case falling off during the observation in 60 selected patients.There was no significant difference between the two groups in general condition(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain,bleeding,edema,anal pendant expansion on the first day after operation(P>0.05),and the scores of single symptoms in the two groups were comparable.After treatment,the anal edema and wound bleeding in the observation group were better than those in the control group on the 3rd,5th and 8th day after operation,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the postoperative pain in the observation group on the 3rd and 8th day after operation was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the anal pendant expansion on the 3rd,5th and 8th day after operation in the observation group There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total curative effect of the observation group was 73.3%,and that of the control group was 70%.There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Shengyu suppository can effectively prevent and treat anal edema and wound bleeding after operation of mixed hemorrhoids,relieve postoperative wound pain,and there is no adverse reaction in the course of medication.It is safe and reliable.
