ObjectiveBased on the m PAGE-B model,to study the correlation between the risk of canceration of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and TCM syndrome elements,so as to provide scientific and objective theoretical basis for early identification and intervention of high-risk groups of liver cancer.Methods135 patients with post hepatitis B cirrhosis who visited Fuzhou Second Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were collected in this study.Through face-to-face questionnaire, basic data and four diagnosis information of patients were collected, and the four diagnosis information was entered into syndrome element differentiation software to obtain syndrome element integral.Based on m PAGE-B model, the syndrome element characteristics of hepatitis B cirrhosis with different canceration risks were identified, and statistical analysis was carried out.Result1.In this study, there were more males than females, and there was no significant difference in gender distribution among the low risk, medium risk, and high risk groups(P>0.05).This study focuses on the middle-aged and elderly, and there are statistical differences in age distribution among different risk groups(P<0.05).2.Overall distribution pattern of syndrome elements: "II" level syndrome elements are the most,"III" level syndrome elements take the second place, and "I" level syndrome elements are the least. The frequency of disease location syndrome elements from high to low is liver, spleen, kidney, stomach, and gall bladder. The frequency of deficiency syndrome elements from high to low is respectively Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency, and blood deficiency. The frequency of solid syndrome elements from high to low is respectively qi stagnation, blood stasis, dampness, water stagnation, and heat.3.There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of spleen, gallbladder, and kidney syndrome elements among different cancer risk levels(P<0.05).In the distribution of deficiency syndrome elements, there was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of qi deficiency, blood deficiency, and yang deficiency syndrome elements(P<0.05).In the distribution of solid syndrome elements, there was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of heat, dampness, blood stasis, and water stopping syndrome elements(P<0.05).4.The cluster analysis results of the low risk group showed that qi stagnation, liver, and gallbladder were grouped together, water stagnation, heat, and yin deficiency were grouped together, blood stasis, and stomach were grouped together, and dampness, spleen, blood deficiency, kidney, yang deficiency, and qi deficiency were grouped together. The cluster analysis results of the medium risk group showed that heat, gallbladder, dampness, spleen,qi stagnation, and stomach were grouped together, liver and yin deficiency were grouped together, yang deficiency,qi deficiency, kidney, and water stasis were grouped together, blood stasis was grouped together, and blood deficiency was grouped together. The cluster analysis results of high-risk groups showed that Qi deficiency, spleen, water stasis, dampness, yang deficiency, and kidney were grouped together,Yin deficiency, heat, blood deficiency, and gallbladder were grouped together, blood stasis, liver, and qi stagnation were grouped together, and stomach alone was grouped together.Conclusion1.The main disease location and syndrome elements of patients with cirrhosis of hepatitis B are liver, spleen, kidney, stomach, and gallbladder. The main deficiency syndrome elements are qi deficiency, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, and blood deficiency. The main solid syndrome elements are qi stagnation, blood stasis, dampness, water stagnation, and heat.2.Different risk levels have a certain impact on the distribution of syndrome elements, which has a certain reference value for clinical individualized syndrome differentiation.3.The common syndrome types of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients with low risk of canceration are liver and gallbladder qi stagnation syndrome, yin deficiency and water stop syndrome, heat hyperactivity and yin deficiency syndrome, blood stasis blocking stomach collateral syndrome, spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation syndrome, kidney yang qi deficiency syndrome. The common syndrome types of patients with liver cirrhosis of hepatitis B at risk of middle canceration are spleen stomach damp heat syndrome, dampness stagnation in middle energizer syndrome, liver yin deficiency syndrome, kidney qi deficiency and water stop syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, and blood deficiency syndrome. The common syndrome types of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients with high risk of canceration are spleen kidney yang qi deficiency, water dampness internal stop syndrome, yin blood deficiency syndrome, heat excess yin deficiency syndrome, liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, stomach qi disharmony syndrome.
