ObjectiveTo analyze the correlation between instantaneous elastic imaging(FS)and TCM symptoms and syndrome elements in patients with hepatitis and liver cirrhosis, and to provide objective basis for the application of four diagnostic information and syndromes in judging the severity of the disease.Methods1.From November 2011 to September 2012,the outpatients or inpatient departments of the 302nd Hospital of the Chinese people’s Liberation Army(PLA)were included in the cross-section epidemiological survey. The clinical information collection table of hepatitis and liver cirrhosis, including general data, medical history characteristics, physical examination, general symptoms, tongue appearance, pulse image and liver hardness value, was used to collect the information, including general data, medical history characteristics, physical examination, general symptoms, tongue appearance, pulse image and liver hardness. The general symptoms, tongue, pulse and FS of the patients were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software package,t test,chi-square test, rank sum test and so on.There was significant difference between the two sides(P<0.01).Using SPSS20.0 software package, descriptive statistical analysis,t-test,chi-square test, rank sum test and so on were used to analyze the general symptoms, tongue, pulse, syndrome factors and FS value of the patients. There were statistical differences between the two sides(P<0.05).There was a significant statistical difference between the two sides(P<0.01).2.Identification criteria for common syndrome factors of hepatitis liver cirrhosis<used by the research group only>identify the syndrome elements of patients(including blood stasis,qi stagnation, damp heat, yin deficiency,qi deficiency, yang deficiency, water stop). The SPSS20.0 software package was used for the descriptive statistical analysis of patient syndrome elements and FS value,t-test,chi-square test, rank sum test, etc.,and all tests were statistically different with two-sided P<0.05,and two-sided P<0.01 as significant statistical difference.Results1.Analysis of the correlation between symptoms and FS in patients with Hepatitis and liver Cirrhosis Correlation between FS value and general symptoms in patients with liver cirrhosis1.1 Correlation between general symptoms and FS in patients with hepatitis and liver cirrhosisBy comparing the general symptoms and FS values of 108 patients with hepatitis and liver cirrhosis,it was found that there was significant difference in FS values between the occurrence and absence of hypochial distension and hypochial pain(P<0.05).There were significant differences in FS between jaundice, epistaxis, edema, purple spot and dark yellow in urine(P<0.05).By comparing the FS value of loose stools with different degrees of laziness and greasy,it was found that the FS value of loose stools showed an upward trend with the aggravation of symptoms, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FS values of frequent nocturnal urination, decreased libido, fatigue and irritability showed no upward trend with the aggravation of symptoms, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1.2 Correlation Analysis between tongue Image and FS in patients with Hepatitis and liver CirrhosisBy comparing the different tongue images and FS values of 108 patients with hepatitis and liver cirrhosis,it was found that the FS value of crimson tongue group was the highest in tongue color, the FS value of thin tongue group was the highest in tongue shape, the FS value of dry fur group was the highest, and the FS value of yellow moss group was the highest in moss color. There was significant difference in FS between thin tongue, cracked tongue and dry moss(P<0.05).2.Analysis of the correlation between Syndrome elements and FS value in patients with Hepatitis and liver Cirrhosis2.1 Correlation analysis between syndrome elements and FS value in patients with compensated stage of hepatitis and liver cirrhosisThe relationship between syndrome elements and FS value in patients with compensated stage of hepatitis and liver cirrhosis:the FS value of patients with blood stasis, yin deficiency, dampness and heat, yang deficiency and water stop was higher than that when water stopped. The FS value of the patients with qi stagnation was lower than that of the patients without qi lag,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.2 Analysis of the correlation between the syndrome elements and the FS value in the patients with liver cirrhosis with decompensationThe relationship between the syndrome elements and the FS value of the patients with the decompensation of the liver cirrhosis:when the value of the FS is lower than that of the non-occurrence when the patient has qi stagnation, the difference is statistically significant when the FS value of blood stasis, yang deficiency and water stop is higher(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Analysis of the correlation between symptoms and FS(1)The main results are as follows:the general symptoms of different degrees are positively correlated with the changes of FS value:jaundice, epistaxis, edema, purple spot, dark yellow urine, lazy speech, tired greasy, loose stools, which can indicate that the condition is aggravated with the aggravation of the symptoms of the patients. There were negative correlation with the change of FS,such as hypochial distension, hypochic pain, irritability, fatigue, frequent nocturnal urination and decreased libido, suggesting that these symptoms were the most serious when the symptoms were mild or moderate.(2)There were positive correlation between tongue image and FS value:cracked tongue, thin tongue and dry moss.2.Analysis on the correlation between Syndrome elements and FS value(1)The detection value of FS was lower when the gas lag occurred in the compensated period, which might indicate that the condition of the patient was mild when the patient had qi lag.(2)The detection value of FS in decompensated stage was high when blood stasis yang deficiency and water stoppage were found, which indicated that when the patient was identified as these five syndromes,it might indicate that the condition of the patient was aggravated. |
