| Obj ective:To explore the rules and characteristics of medicine used by Professor Jingri Xie in hi s clinical treatment for patients with different constitutions of the five elements,with a view to providing a richer,more flexible and detailed treatment idea for the treatment of this disease in Chinese medicine.Methods:The data of the first consultation cases that met the inclusion criteria were collected from January 2012 to September 2022,and the information was entered into Excel 2019 and then analyzed using the"TCM Heritage Computing Platform(V3.0)”.Results:1.Of the 263 cases collected in this study,164 were males and 99 were females,and the largest number of patients were in the age group of 50 to 60 years old,87.2.Among the 263 patients,the physical distribution of the five elements was ranked as earth practitioner>gold practitioner>wood practitioner>fire practitioner>water practitioner;the distribution of the evidence types was ranked as damp-heat accumulation>water-damp internal obstruction>liver qi stagnation>spleen-kidney yang deficiency>liver-kidney yin deficiency>blood stasis ob struction.3.The results of the four gases of traditional Chinese medicine were warm drugs>cold drugs>flat drugs>cool drugs;the results of the five tastes of traditional Chinese medicine were bitter drugs>pungent drugs>sweet drugs>salty drugs>sour drugs;the results of the top five Chinese medicine meridians were spleen meridians>lung meridians>liver meridians>stomach meridians>kidney meridians;the results of the top four efficacy statistics of traditional Chinese medicine were deficiency tonifying drugs>qi-regulating drugs>water-releasing and dampness-permeating drugs>heat-clearing drugs.4.The information of 263 cases was analyzed,and the number of support was selected as 13 1 with a confidence level of 0.9 to obtain a set of core drug combinations for the treatment of this disease:Chai Hu-Huang Qi-Bai Zhu.After that,the patients with different constitutions of the five elements were selected with a support of 40%of the total sample and a confidence level of 0.9 for drug association rule analysis,and 17 groups of drug association rule analysis tables were obtained.5.By conducting drug cluster analysis on patients with different five elements of human constitution,one group was identified as the most representative group of patients with this constitution from the three groups of cluster analysis results obtained.Conclusion:1.Professor Jingri Xie treated patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in the compensated stage with Chai Hu,Huang Qi and Bai Zhu as the most core drug combination;The treatment idea is to dredge the liver,invigorate the spleen and blood,and clear heat and dampness to detoxify.2.Based on the basic treatment rules,Professor Jingri Xie prescribes a personalized treatment plan for patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis based on the characteristics of different physical constitutions:for patients with Wooden constitution,the treatment is based on clearing the liver and relieving depression,clearing heat and dampness;for patients with Fire constitution,the treatment is based on clearing heat and invigorating blood,removing stasis and dispersing nodules;for patients with Earth constitution,the treatment is based on strengthening the spleen and eliminating food,promoting water and percolating dampness;for patients with Gold constitution,the treatment is based on promoting Qi,resolving phlegm,promoting water and reducing swelling;for patients with Water constitution,the treatment is based on promoting Qi and dispersing nodules,warming the kidney and dispersing cold. |
