| Telemedicine consultation is a great practice of combining information and communication technology with medical treatment.It breaks the geographical restrictions in traditional consultations and can bring many excellent medical experts to the video consultation room to diagnose patients so that patients can enjoy high-quality medical services at the lowest cost.Especially in the past three years,the world has been affected by the new coronavirus,and the importance of remote medical consultation technology based on the Internet in people’s medical inquiry,disease diagnosis,and postoperative rehabilitation has gradually increased.In this context,it is of great practical significance and social value to design a stable,easy-to-use,safe,and extensible telemedicine consultation system.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.To solve the problem of privacy and security of patients ’ medical files,a fast encryption strategy for large medical files based on the SM4 algorithm is used to encrypt large medical files.At the same time,the generalization,deletion,and hashing schemes are used to desensitize DICOM files to achieve different degrees of privacy protection.2.Aiming at the problem of early rapid recognition of stroke,the facial key points are obtained by using face mesh,and the facial abnormal score is calculated by using the principle of facial symmetry of normal people,to give the probability of suffering from a stroke.By using Post Net to track human posture,the upper limb functional state detection algorithm is designed to detect upper limb lifting.If the upper limb lifting is more than 10 seconds,it is said to pass the test.3.A telemedicine consultation system is designed and implemented.Firstly,the system requirements are analyzed and the system objectives and core functions are described.Then,the overall architecture,front-end,and back-end technical solutions,caching mechanism,and system data storage scheme of the system is designed;after that,the system development environment is introduced,and each functional module is designed and coded in detail.The main functional modules of the system include the generation of consultation rooms and administrators,user management,multi-person audio,and video communication,medical file sharing,disease discussion room,recording of the consultation process,privacy security protection module,and rapid identification module of early stroke.Finally,the system is tested to prove its feasibility and effectiveness of the system. |
