In traditional medical treatment,doctor-patient disputes occur frequently,which leads to the tension between doctors and patients.The primary cause is the lack of medical safety.Through the privacy protection telemedicine system,it can not only solve the problem of far distance for timely diagnosis and treatment,but also solve the problem of the loss or theft of personal information in the process of information transmission.Besides,it can effectively improve the ability of medical treatment,and save the timely data of medical data.In addition,a privacy-protected telemedicine system can provide evidence for future medical plans and avoid disputes between doctors and patients.This paper analyzes and studies the security of the privacy-protected telemedicine consultation system from the aspects of anonymous identity authentication,privacy protection and encryption of CP-ABE algorithm.In order to ensure the security of the privacy protection telemedicine consultation system,this paper divides the system into three parts: patient server,doctor-patient server and doctor server.Anonymous identity authentication,privacy protection and CP-ABE algorithm are utilizd to provide security protection for the system security.In order to enable the medical server to process a large amount of medical record information and extract keywords accurately and efficiently to judge the characteristic attributes of medical record,this paper proposes an innovative Bert model,which combines with the full connection layer to extract the characteristic values.The BERT model can quickly extract keywords from the mass data,judge the patient’s condition,and recommend the corresponding department for the patient.In order to avoid the disclosure of sensitive private information and to meet patients’ requirements for large-scale file uploading,the HAP-CP-ABE algorithm is also studied in this paper.The proposed algorithm uses SHA-512 scheme to create a hash policy to provide security for the privacy protection medical system.Finally,this paper uses the aformentioned algorithms and models to build a privacy protection telemedicine consultation system.On the basis of the system,the improved HAP-CP-ABE algorithm and the Bert model combined with the full connection layer are analyzed experimentally.Experimental results show that HAP-CP-ABE algorithm is better than traditional CP-ABE algorithm in encryption and decryption time,security,time performance and resource storage performance.The efficiency of Bert model in extracting eigenvalues is also higher than that of the general neural network model.
