The development of electronic medical record not only provides great convenience for medical research,but also provides reliable basis for tracking the development of patients’ diseases.Since the electronic medical record contains a large amount of personal privacy information,it is easy to suffer various external attacks or internal leaks in the process of sharing medical information among various medical institutions,which greatly hinders the further development of electronic medical records.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralized,secure and trustworthy,collectively maintained and non-tamperable,which is suitable for the field of data protection and sharing.The combination of blockchain and electronic medical records has attracted the attention of some scholars at home and abroad,but it is still in the initial stage,and there are shortcomings in the form of single electronic medical records and low efficiency.Aiming at the shortcomings of the current research,this thesis studies how to realize the secure storage and sharing of electronic medical records by using blockchain.First of all,this thesis proposes an electronic medical record privacy protection scheme based on data desensitization.Its main advantage is to support multiple types of electronic medical record security storage.A field-based data desensitization strategy is designed for text-based electronic medical record.For medical images in DICOM format,a solution for desensitizing data after parsing the file format is designed.At the same time,the medical image standard DICOM file format is converted into a JPEG image format for convenient medical image review.Aiming at the medical record data set,a personalized data publishing strategy based on k-anonymous model is proposed,which has higher privacy protection intensity.Unlike current mainstream solutions that use cryptography or sophisticated access control,data desensitization is easier to implement and more efficient,which is significant for inefficient systems such as blockchains.Secondly,based on the desensitization model of electronic medical records designed above,a secure storage and sharing scheme of electronic medical records with privacy protection based on blockchain is designed.The electronic medical record for text type is directly desensitized and stored on the blockchain without accessing the external encrypted database.For medical images in DICOM format,the IPFS file system is used to store and the Hash value returned is directly stored on the blockchain along with the text medical record.For the medical data set,by deploying the crowdfunding smart contract,the system will automatically open the download interface of the data set on IPFS after the user completes the purchase.The sharing scheme abandons the external database,which makes the modle has more applicability.Finally,based on blockchain development,the MetaMask wallet plug-in,IPFS interstellar file system,Ethereum blockchain,smart contract and SpringBoot back-end development technology are used to implement.The results show that the scheme has certain feasibility.
