| Compared with conventional ECG,dynamic ECG can continuously record the potential changes caused by heart activity for 24 hours continuously and capture the pathological response in time.Dynamic ECG can provide a more comprehensive basis for clinical diagnosis,but its massive data also increases the workload of diagnosing physicians.In order to solve this problem,a dynamic ECG analysis and diagnosis software system has been created,which can play back and automatically analyze the collected ECG,helping to improve the efficiency of doctors and playing a vital role in clinical practice.In contrast to foreign countries,the development of domestic dynamic ECG analysis and diagnosis is relatively lagging behind,and it is still necessary to introduce some high-quality software systems from foreign countries every year,which makes the related examination costs occupied by expensive costs.For this reason,the thesis designs and implements a dynamic ECG analysis and diagnosis system on Visual Studio platform based on the study of various ECG processing and analysis technologies,which can realize the information management,data acquisition,automatic processing and analysis of dynamic ECG.During the development of the dynamic ECG analysis and diagnosis system,the following tasks were accomplished:(1)Clarify the purpose and significance of system development,analyze the system requirements and complete the overall design of the system according to the research results.Then,the overall functional structure,workflow,development environment and technology used in the system were briefly introduced.(2)According to the overall design of the system,the three parts of record and data management,data processing and playback,data statistics and analysis are realized.The record and data management part includes five functional modules:patient information,record view,data management,card initialization and system option setting;the data processing and playback part includes four functional modules:data acquisition,filter processing,overview map and event addition;the data statistics and analysis part includes four functional modules: ECG cluster detection,arrhythmia classification,histogram,scatter plot and ST trend chart.(3)Combined with the requirement analysis,the thesis conducted unit testing and system testing to verify the correctness of the function of each module and the overall function of the system,and modified the problems found in the testing in time to make the system as perfect as possible.Through the above work,the design and implementation of the dynamic ECG analysis and diagnosis system is basically completed.After testing,the functions developed by the system basically meet the design requirements,and can assist doctors in the management and analysis of ambulatory ECG.Its successful development is conducive to enhancing the domestic independent innovation capability and reducing the cost in terms of dynamic ECG software,and has a positive impact on accelerating the domestic replacement. |
