| Cardiac sound signal is one of the most important human physical signals. It contains a large number of cardiovascular information. Most of medical personnel take the auscultation as the main method to diagnose heart disease. In China, the morbidity of congenital heart disease is very high, especially in southwest region. In order to ensure the health of children, and make sure that every single kid get the adequate treatment, the government had invested a large number of fund in examinations of children’s heart health. Medical personnel would be trained as sophisticated doctors so that they can take the responsibility of auscultation. Therefore, to reduce the heavy workload of medical personnel, and avoid misdiagnosis, we can make fully use of electronic technology to help save manpower and material resources.The main purpose of this paper is to collect PCG and ECG signals, and then analyze those signals for research. We use sensors to collect PCG and ECG from human body. Through the front-end circuit and analog digital conversion, the signals would be transmitted to the Lab VIEW host computer. Then Lab VIEW would acquire those data, display and store them. For the purpose of convenience of medical personnel’s communication, we designed conversion of digital data to WAV document. And with the help of Lab VIEW and Matlab platform, we achieved the localization of heart sound segment. In order to detect the accuracy the the preprocessing algorithm, we designed an automatic interface on Lab VIEW.In the activities of collection, the system are proved to be reliable, convenient and practical. The standardized of cardiac signal database, make the analysis and recognition easier to conduct. The preprocessing algorithm in this paper is simple and practical. The aid function of LabVIEW also ensure the progress of cardiology research work. |
